Worst business in Burlington County. Encountered an employee named Karen (her actual name) who was extremely rude and unprofessional! A manager, inquired what the problem was; however, I have no faith he will take any corrective actions. Minimum wagę is $16/ hour. That's what the custom gets for $16/hour. A funky attitude, and terrible customer service!!

This walmart has the most unprofessional "managers" that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I purchased a defective air mattress. When I went to go return the air mattress, I was told I could only exchange the air mattress for the same or greater value, but I could not get a refund. I understood and was willing to exchange the air mattress. However, they did not have this or any better air mattresses in stock. I explained this to the woman at customer service, and she basically told me there were no other options for me. Jessica, who told me she was a manager, entered the conversation and stated I just have to find a walmart that has it in stock. To this, I replied they could at least inform me as to which Walmart would have it in stock so that I am not traveling all across New Jersey trying to find the air mattress. Jessica refused to help and told me that Walmart's system did not have that capability and that I would have to do that on my own. After some pushback, she did look it up and told me the nearest one in stock was about 50 miles from me, which I did not feel was an acceptable solution. The next morning, I called corporate and reported Jessica and requested a better solution. The young lady I spoke to at corporate was very kind and helpful. She stated that I could go back to the store and ask for a specific manager. They would either be able to order me an air mattress to be delivered at that store, or they could do a one-time courtesy refund. Either of those options was satisfactory. Well, the issue is that I am in the military and was recently stationed in New Jersey. I do know the area very well and provided corporate with the wrong store and therefore they gave me the information for the wrong manager. For that, I take full responsibility. When I went back to the store again, Jessica was very unprofessional and unpolite in her approach. She proceeded to talk about me and the situation to another employee right in front of me as those I was not standing there despite the fact that the employee pointed me out to her. Jessica informed me that she could not help me and directed me to go to the store that I had spoken to corporate about. At that point, I called corporate whilr in the store. Again, the young man was very helpful. He told me to ask for Mr Cooper, who is the manager. I stayed on the phone with corporate for over 30 minutes while Mr Cooper refused to talk to me but instead sent over another employee 3 different times to tell me they could not help me and I would have to go to a different store. At one point, the young man on the phone even told me to inform the employee that I was on the phone with corporate and that he wanted to speak to Mr Cooper directly. Eventually, Mr Cooper did come to me, but no apologies for the inconvenience and no sense of customer service. They finally gave me a store credit. I understand it is the holiday season, and things get hectic, but that is no excuse for nasty behavior, especially coming from those who are supposed to be running the establishment. I pray that Mr. Cooper and Jessica receive the must need training to equip them to be better managers because the employees of that Walmart desire better, and the community that shops there desire better treatment.

the lady at customer service was very rude by sending me back to the other store where I bought originally my item to return it , since " if I would had returned the item over there it would had mess up her inventory "she said . she was very unprofessional and mean, when I got to the other Walmart in route 38 they told me she lied to me that she was supposed to take the item back , in fact customers are able to return any item at any Walmart they indicated , this happened today 11/24 around 5:30pm , she is an older miserable white woman

Quite a few unhelpful employees that would rather converse amongst each other than to help a customer. I won't be visiting this location again...unless it's an emergency or something.

If I could give fewer stars I would. I went in to pick up a few essentials tonight and before I paid, I needed the ladies room. When I came out of the bathroom, my cart full of stuff was gone. IF I ever shop here again, I will be ignoring the sign reading 'Please no merchandise in restrooms' because people steal carts that are left unattended for even five minutes.

The associates were not helpful. I asked for empty banana boxes, the banana table was almost empty. All it would have taken was a couple of minutes to empty two banana boxes and help me. If the store was busy or it was a holiday I would understand. I will not be returning to this walmart.

I went in here for a socks and got sidetracked in the womens department. I quickly found two items and I thought better try them on first. Went to the dressing room at 10:05am and could not find an employee. I looked around, them waited for about two minutes then proceeeded to another department to find an associate. When I was able to snag one she told me there should be someone in the daepartment. When I told her there wasnt, she accompanied me back and low and behold there was no one. She then called over the intercom for _____ to come to dressing room. I thanked her then waited 5 minutes. By this time it was 10:30am. No one arrived however the phone in the dressing room rang and rang. At 10: 35 I found two ladies in the department and asked them if they could let me in the dressing room. Since they had no keys, they went back to dressing room and again no employee. At this point, i was losing my patience and asked for a manager. I was told manager was in a meeting but I could talk to a team leader. As a former employee of another Walmart, I knew it was customary to tell this story of manager being in a meeting. Typically, team leaders are in charge of the area, but the information rarely goes to management. I agreed to see the team manager. Someone finally came in and let me into the dressing room. That took another five minutes. I took the items and went to the cash register and while i was at the register, still no team leader. As i was leaving (11:45am) out comes the team leader and I let her have it about the lack of response, lack of available staff and general disregard from the staff. Ive been warned about this Walmart before. Although the stock is good, better than the one up the road, staffing is limited and management is very poor. WALMART YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!

If I could give this store zero or less stars I absolutely would! This is the most ghetto, tragic, unprofessional, deplorable excuse for a store I have ever had the displeasure of shopping from. Majority of the people who work there are rude ignorant teenagers who act as if it's my fault they work for Walmart They get their bad attitudes from their supervisors though because I needed soap out of the department they've locked and he told the girl simply "I'm not coming down there she needs to get different soap". They only ever have three or less checkout lines and nothing is ever stocked yet I see a store full of employees walking around either playing with each other or on their phones. This store is absolutely ridiculous they need to either shut it done or get new and better management and employees!

If you are looking to print photos quickly, I'd look else where. I went in at 8:30am to have a single 5x7 printed up. The "one hour photo" said it would be ready at 11am. Little longer than an hour but that's fine. 11:02 I get a text it's ready so I drive over, only to be told no one is working there right now and someone should be in 'a few hours'. It wasn't terribly important but I'm annoyed I got the text it was ready after 2 hours when clearly no one was working that area.

Called to check on availability of item was transfered three times and then put on hold. I put phone on speaker and continued with other work I was doing and finally hung up phone after 35 minutes on hold. Not good business! I don't think anyone in the service industry cares anymore about what people want. Rude service!!!!!
