The cars are what they are. At the price, most of them are going to be junk, but there are some diamonds in the rough if you're willing to wait and act fast. However, they charge a $500 document fee, which they do not tell you ONLY includes getting you the title. Plates and registration (plus the fee) is all on you. Other dealers include it all for far less. Had I known that I would have told them just sign the title over and I'd do all of it myself.

This place has the worst customer service. The guy Terry is like a thug. Yelling, stomping in and out, he was out of control. Please do not go to this place and save yourself the time. The cars smoke like cigarettes, no bathroom (where do they go?), Terry is just a bad guy, the cars aren't good at all, terrible customer service, and of course they want you to pay fees for bad service. Smh.

My sister in law just bought a vehicle from them and they told us everything was fine.The guy said he drove on the hwy with no problems.I found it odd that we could only drive around the block.They completely lied yes I understand it's only a 3 k car but she's bought other 3 k cars but none had 6 codes on them as soon as she got on hwy engine light and serious brake problems which we didn't notice by driving around the block.

I bought a car in January 17th... this guy was supposed to give me my title 2 weeks after .... still waiting I cannot dive the car because they give 1 month temporary plates and registration.... they are expired already and this guy is not given solution ?.... NOT RECOMMEND NOT RECOMMEND ????

I was checking some cars Craigslist and came across a 08, 750 BMW with 155000 miles. It is a good thing I did some researched this Dealership and read the reviews and nightmare comments of this place. Used car salesmen are the absolute worst type of people. It takes a real special person to get over on people who just want an affordable vehicle because they don’t have much fund. Well I’m definitely NOT going to even consider inquiring about that vehicle because it’s not worth the headaches.

Just found out this place just change names one month ago two motor hub same people they just sold me a car December 15, 2023. The girl Jennifer Robin kept on insisting that I’d stay away from all these other vehicles that there was nothing wrong then she gave me her personal number and try to swindle me into buying her Honda pilot. Then she get when I went back up there for a car that I had test drove. There’s nothing wrong with it when I went up there the next day to give her the money she tried to tell me I didn’t want it. I didn’t wanna deal with the other people because they were rip offs they would get me into junk. Well, guess what she gave me junk. She put me in a 2005 BMW SUV and when I was riding it yes I took it as is but when I left the lot the tire sensor light came on and then afterwards the check engine light came on took it to a mechanic and they said automatically that whoever sold me this car Did something to the service engine soon somebody messed with it and shut it off and now I have all nothing but problems the card as soon as I turn it up on high smells like stink bugs I mean I’m very dissatisfied and I asked the guy for my money back he told me no you bought it as is made me pay for the tow I broke down on the side of the street and made me pay for the tow knowing I was disabled and handicap and told me that he couldn’t do nothing about it so I’m screwed out of money that I just bought from them that’s OK because I already talked to a lemon law lawyer and they said they were in the wrong I have already had four people say whoever sold me the car shut it off for whatever was wrong with it and then when I came home, there was transmission fluid in my driveway that was leaked from that vehicle so watch out they sell lemons then I did my research and googled the address and found out they did change names from superior auto wholesalers to motor hub. They’re trying to get over on people so be careful.

Came with cash to purchase a car and he wouldn't even knock a dollar off the price this has to be the only used car lot that doesn't negotiate on the price...lost my business?♂️?♂️?♂️

A lot of other people complain that this place is bad for used cars/the dealer is a bad person for not helping much after a car is sold. In the building there are bold signs saying cars are sold as is, you even have to sign a contract agreeing with it. The cars for sale average between 2k-5k with over 150k miles. These cars are not gonna be brand new quality. But, I feel the service could be better. The dealer isn’t always on time which creates conflicts with people who have work schedules. Another thing is when I purchased a car here, the engine light came on the next day which means the dealer turned it off temporarily. So I feel like this place is a generous 3/5 stars. You get what you pay for, you’re not going to get a phenomenal car for 3k that has over 150k miles! Great place for emergency transportation and extremely cheap cars

Guy sold me a car with a bad engine, drove the cars for two days. Beware bad for business!!! Gave him a chance to make it right. Pretty much told me to f off.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
They sold me a car with transmission problem!! I brought the car in Oct and by November the check engine light came on. I went to a mechanic shop for that issue. 1 week later the mechanic found out it’s transmission problem and he said you should give it back cause it will cost more than 4k! I just used the car 10 miles before the mechanic found out the issue and so much other things were wrong. The radio was not working the next day I turned the car on. The transmission had leak , support has a leak , motor mounts are worn out. Spend over 7k to spend 6k more to fix all the issues the car had after buying it. This is ridiculous this was my first time buying a car and the experience was horrible. I would never recommend one the buy a vehicle from here at all
