They do good work and are willing to explain what is going on. Not rude or mean, but also not warm and friendly. Feels like a good day at the DMV where you don't want to be there bit you gey out quickly.

This is my second year using this service and I must say....im more than satisfied!. He's courteous, complete your taxes in a very reasonable time frame and get me back substantial refunds. I can say, whatever he tells you, he lives up to it. I'm a customer for life!???
