Hi, I recently bought a 2015 Q5 from this company. My steering wheel went into a frenzy. My oil starts to leak after two weeks head light out and I was told to bring the car back four hours away from where I lived. I couldn’t do that and I was left to fix any problems with the vehicle was has a Warantee and so I call the people with the warranty and they were very unnecessary when it came out to fixing any problems so what I would say is be careful when you purchase from a place like this before you know it will cost $31,000 four $15,000 vehicle. How did that happen? I’m not sure

Purchased my 2020 chevy silverado 1500 rst from there and the team was pleasant and quick.
Only down fall but didn't set me back was broken driver side mirror, no gas in truck, the detail job they did on exterior they left detailing gunk all over Truck.
Mirror is being replaced by us this week
Sam has still yet to call me back and it's been almost 3 weeks about a service they were going to provide me for the coolant control valve since it isn't covered under warranty.
Beware they will not make anything right after a month I only had this truck for 3 months and radiator was leaking coolant and coolant control valve went bad. Screw this place

STAY AWAY,STAY AWAY!!!!!THEY PUT MY CHILDRENS LIFE'S AT RISK SAYING THEY PUT NEW BRAKES AND ROTARS MEANWHILE THE CALIPERS WERE SIEZED AND BREAKS,ROTORS WERE DOWN TO NOTHING ,THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.WAIT! DID I SAY STAY AWAY!!!
THIS IS THE WORST USED CAR DEALERSHIP IVE EVER SEEN. I WOULDN'T BELIEVE THIS STORY IF I AND MY HUSBAND HAD NOT BEEN THE CUSTOMERS DEALING WITH IT.I found a car online with carfax.I went to see it, test drove it and when you pushed on the gas there was no acceleration although the speedometer went up it didn't have that pushback.They assured my husband and I this was due to a fuel pump and they would fix it immediately alond with brakes and air conditioning.We bought the car and were promised it would be fixed no later then Tuesday(said it could be 1 day to 6 days).Tuesday came and we got the run around for the next few days . The loan company started calling to male sure everything was good with the vehicle and purchase, all of a sudden SAM WAS FINALLY calling HE SAID"just tell the loan company you got the car and everything is good ?.We told HIM that's FRAUD. They called us back and told us we could pick the car up THAT DAY,but that they had an appointment with infiniti on Monday morning that we could tale it or they would. I thought perfect I will take it just to male sure everything was what it was supposed to be .So we pick up the Qx80 and I was hesitant but excited for my pre-owned truck . They assured me they replaced the breaks ,rotors, fuel pump and some other things . I ASKED THEM "ARE YOU SURE THE CARS SAFE TO DRIVE I HAVE LITTLE ONES "OF COURSE THEY TOLD ME .
Monday comes and I take the 1hour drive to Infiniti and the nightmare begins ?.They were supposed to check the acceleration problem along with the air conditioning. Infiniti took notes about the list of new parts car n drive put in and then call car n drive to make sure that they are paying and they say yes but not to ac. First of many lies told .Infinity sends me text showing the video of the problem and everything they (car n drive)said they did was a LIE, ,WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FUEL PUMP .THE IMMEDIATE COST TO MAKE THE VEHICLE ROAD WORTHY WAS ALMOST 14,000 , AND THEN thousands IN EXTRA WORK AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME DRIVE THE CAR BACK TO DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF HOW UNSAFE IT WAS .I GET TO CAR N DRIVE AND SAM THE FINANCE MANAGER TELLS ME HE IS GOING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT ,HE IS GOING TO FIX IT .He gets a set of keys to a 2019 qx 80 (I bought a 2016 which he negotiated with us so he knew what we could pay and what our bottem line was ) he says to us ,you like this My husband says yes it looks exactly the same.We test drive it and Sam says im gonna just transfer the VIN ON THE loan,it's very simple. HE AGAIN SAYS IM GONNA FIX THIS AND MAKE IT RIGHT,AGAIN REALLY GUESS YOUR TRYINGTO FIX IT! No numbers were talked about. I LOOKED UP THE TRUCK they were asking 4,000 more for the 2019 on car fax. SAM COMES BACK AND SAYS" ITS DONE YOUR NEW PAYMENT IS 630.WHAT???OUR OLD PAYMENT WAS HALF THAT.SAM SAYS WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE OWNER TO SEE IF HE WILL GIVE YOU THE TRUCK FOR THE SAME PRICE .ALTHOUGH SAM INSINUATED HE WAS MAKING IT RIGHT .OWNER COMES IN AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING AND SAYS "HE USED TO WORK FOR KIA AND THEY WERE LIES THAT INFINITI TOLD US BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO MAKE SALES ?. HE GOES ON TO SAY IM NOT GIVING YOU A 26 OR 28,000 DOLLAR TRUCK FOR 16,000.I THOUGHT TO MYSELF (AGAIN FOR THE 10TH TIME OF THE DAY )YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST , ITS LISTED ON CARFAX FOR 19,999 .THEY PUT SHADE IN THE NAME SHADEY. WHILE THERE WAITING FOR 3 HOURS THERE WERE 3 DIFFRENT MEN IN WAITING AREA All WERE FURIOUS ?. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY OWN MORE THEN 1 CAR LOT BECAUSE AGAIN THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST .BTW ..I HAVE VIDEO AND PAPERWORK BACKING EVERYTHING I SAID ABOUT THE CAR. INFINITI EVEN CALLED THEM ON A RECORDED LINE BECAUSE OF THE LIES ,unfortunately THIS ENCOUNTER ruined my used car BUYING EXPERIENCE ,IM UNSURE IF I WILL BE ABLE to trust BUYING A USED CAR .
