My car wouldn't start. I wound up with needing a new battery a few blocks from BC and walked over. Steve was helpful and helped me select a new battery. When I went to install the battery, I managed to drop a part I needed in the engine. For a second time that day, Steve saved the day and did everything he could to help. I highly recommend BC Auto Parts.

Had tons of batteries! Ordered an alternator, husband just installed it. I'll get back to you in a few days to make sure the new battery and alternator work properly. Very friendly and helpful salesmen.
