My experience here was terrible. Everytime I go here I get half the work done. They never fully fix my car . This has happened several times. Worst shop ever!!! Even charged me an extra day to keep my car. I will never go there again .

The only thing that I think is a little bit rough about this judgement is that a dealer , wholesale dealer w/ dealership license, may have said he can not spend over "x " amount. They put a 4th battery , in less than 7 months.... having me pay for the battery (inspection garunteed) , finally I said no, found the reason it was not starting. Being pre-owned and cheap, I expect to spend money, never on the same item 3 times, did research , mechanically car is perfect. But while on a separate lot, a non car fax reported accident resulted in FRAME DAMAGE!!! That is where ronn Todd comes in. Car is not safe, nj use (safety checks) o ensure you will not die. So do not go there or yu are taking your life into real danger, which I can not believe I am saying. I was a Manager of a huge non ... proper.. I guess I would use, but they will never take that risk. Both of you need to do better or do something else for a living. Lawsuits in cars are really easy when you are that sloppy... United auto sales Deptford location-based sales, RTodd automotive, just actually look at the car, maybe you will find money by looking for what may break not just what the person who is not a PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC tell you what to do, although in this case , battery never was issue , just connected relay sensor, 17$ part . Did it myself so I guess it may not be the field for you or your techs

Ron Todd auto has a business partner with united auto sales, all service is done there for united auto. The car we bought at united auto broke down 4 times over a "battery and key" issue. The 1st day out of dealership the battery died, and we realized that there was a device installed at some point that drained the battery. They claimed Ron Todd fixed it. This is all since the pandemic has sheltered us and the car was marked ,MUST PASS INSPECTION, but now on battery 4 and they gave up . I can't inspect the car. I am in the same industry and have never spoken or witnessed such a disgrace. Thats saying a lot.In the end , he can not afford to fix it and made no accommodations to even get my pregnant fiancé home and out of the freezing cold, he would rather. " take a chance when courts are working again" . I was astonished.Left a pregnant woman on the side of a rode , no uber drivers , and that was his approach. That is all you need to know about his character.Both Ron Todd and United Auto Sales

This place is very unprofessional. Initially my car was blowing out hot air when my air conditioner was on. I pulled up and explained what was going on the owner told me my car was too new to need a new compressor. After having my car for 2 days allegedly testing it he tells me the wire in my compressor was bad. He ordered a new compressor and put it in my air was cold for 1 day the day I picked up my car. I contacted them for 2 weeks telling them my air wasn’t cold I was told to bring my car on Thursday went on Thursday and the dad said they wouldn’t be able to get to my car but I could leave it and they would get to it. I explained the only day I have off is Monday he tells me to come in on Monday and they will check it out. I dropped my car off at 10am they did not start my car until 137 they ran it for 3 minutes. I stopped across from the place at 427 and called and asked if my car would be done today he replied not today we are working on it mind you my car was parked in the parking lot at the time. After I hung up someone came outside and moved my car. If they could not figure out the problem they should have stated that in the beginning instead of charging me for something that I probably didn’t need. If I could give this place a -1 I would very unprofessional and inconsiderate
