I love the atmosphere of test!! All of the trainers are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They will help you find exactly what you are looking for to accomplish tour personal fitness goals. There’s a sense of community that you don’t find with most other gyms. Highly recommend checking it out!!

Where do I begin?! I started my journey in May, after a long hiatus from the gym. My only form of exercise was at work, running around a kitchen for 12+ hours a day. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. On my first day I was blown away. The trainers are AMAZING!!!! they let you know you belong and take that nervousness away. The clients are supportive and nice. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my abilities from the first day to now!!! Because it's such a great place, the concept is simple, it keeps you wanting to come back. I absolutely love this place!!!!

I literally tried everything. What’s the hardest for me is my motivation and staying positive through my weight loss journey. With Pratt you are always welcomed with a warm hello, a friendly smile, and a pound handshake. Just that alone keeps me motivated. You can make your schedule different every week instead of being set into a specific time slot and you train with the best staff I ever worked with. Everyone is positive, kind, motivating, knowledgeable, and most importantly I leave sweating and I am never injured. I am blessed to have found such a supportive team. Thank you for all that you have done for me so far. Thank you for your patience and never making me feel like I cannot conquer my goals. Thank you for believing in me. Joelle

In April 2022, I made the decision - for the first time ever in my life - to join a gym. I was never the athletic type, but COVID and life’s natural progression lead me to realize “it was time”. As part of my onboarding, I was given the opportunity to experience a 1:1 personal training session with Geir Gudmundsen. That day changed so much for me.I struggle vocalizing everything Geir has done for me. His expertise, brilliance, passion, and adoration for the field are just the start! When I look at my progress over the past year, I’m a bit stunned. I can’t help but acknowledge that Geir is at the heart of it all. Geir helped me realize my strength and capability. Even though he may not agree, I couldn’t have done any of it without him.To conclude - I’m forever grateful to Geir. He’s changed my life for the better. I cannot thank him enough for such, and sometimes I feel like ‘thank you’ is not enough.

Burn class with Ryan as instructor is awesome. Definitely pushing me out of my comfort zone! Love the short intervals of cardio and strength training. Class is at your own pace but an awesome workout and way to start the day!Ps. I was so nervous to start my first BURN class. Didn’t think I couldn’t handle it. Turns out, it’s so motivating and now I’m addicted to going ! Thank you !!

First time doing a burn class which was very intimidating to start. First exercise in I was hooked and the stress had left. Geir kept a watchful eye on me to make sure I was comfortable and yet encouraged me to give it all I had. I came home and booked a months worth of sessions.

Classes here are great. Geir’s nice and supportive but also kicks your butt. Just 45 minutes and you’ll be hunched over by the end. Lot of camaraderie and support from everyone. Highly recommend for people looking for an efficient and fun burn. The gym itself is also well-equipped, organized, and spacious with a turf field. Really good gym overall

I had a 1-on-1 with Morgan recently and she was great! She made me feel very comfortable and confident during my workout. She corrected my form and gave me some great tips to improve. As a beginner, 1-on-1 sessions are crucial.I also regularly go to the small group training sessions. All the trainers are super friendly and motivating. They push me to do my best. I’ve seen a huge change in my energy level since working out here. I never thought I’d ever look forward to working out but now, after every session I just can’t wait to go back!
