Had me standing waiting for a shoe since 5:05pm and they close at 6:00pm and the employees are rude they don’t greet you they don’t help they all sitting around doing nothing I was there since 5:05pm till 5:58 and no one got me the shoe i was asking for and the guy went to the back and didn’t come back out poor service will never shop at this Bridgewater Snipes ever again in my life

Today, December 9, 2023, I went to do some shopping at the SNIPES store, since I always buy sneakers in that store of choice, and a dark-haired man with an upset attitude asked me if I had money to pay, and then at the checkout there was a woman with Hispanic features and she denigrated me for the language for not understanding, she expressed herself in a bad way towards me, the truth is, what a bad experience I had today in that store, I will never buy in that store again.

Eunice & Aileen saved me!!! They were so wonderful. Kept searching for the size I needed and made sure i didn't leave empty handed. Love this store !!

Bought Crocs online. Per return policy I could return to a retail store within 30 days, which I promptly did with the packing slip provided. Sales ass. scanned the slip and said the item wasn't "showing up in their system" and therefore couldn't return the item. She called her manager to confirm. There was literally zero accountability or assistance in handling their business' business. I immediately started an online chat because, no surprise, the customer service number provided is a dead end with no one answering and no way to even leave a message. After a long wait and apologizes from the chat rep I was texted "I've escalated your message to the best team member to assist with this. Someone will follow up via email within 24 business hours." And my conversation was cut off. Needless to say, no one contacted me 1, 2, 3 business days later. I contacted via chat again and directly asked for paid shipping for the return and an immediate response of the above was given again and my conversation was ended, never to be contacted again. If you buy, you may never be able to return unless you pay for shipping, but even that I would be very, very careful because who knows where it goes from there? This company does not seem to have any integrity.

The store has a large collection of styles to choose from for different age types. Its kept clean and keeps up with trend. The prices are fair and not too expensive, although there are select few. The staff isn't friendly although. The store is located on the second floor 3rd floor next to blooms

The worst experience in this store! I buy shoes 270$ for my kids and my daughter love the Jordan’s shoes but they wasn’t comfy she wear them and soon as we go to the door I take it off bc she was crying from them. I went home she try it again and she couldn’t keep them. I go back to return them 30 min after and they didn’t return it just bc they saw her go out from the store with shoes on. The shoes didn’t have any thing nobody can destroy a shoe for 30 min. The service was the worst the salesperson was mean and soo rude the lady! And the manager was not coming out and she didn’t even have a manager tag I don’t thing she was manager she didn’t care about that! Never in my life it didn’t happen like that 30 minutes after to not return the shoes! I’m never going back there ever again!

Walked around the store for about 10 minutes looking to buy a new pair of basketball shoes and the staff didnt say a word to me so I walked out. I went to a store that had way better customer service 15 minutes later and bought a $160 pair of kicks.
