Pretty excited to have my m4 back today. I’m glad it was here and not anywhere else because I’ve never seen such great work from customer service to the work itself; they do some great quality work, and also the team there is super friendly and really knows what they're doing. Berns was so cool and he really helped me out and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Couldn’t be more happier with them, thanks guys

Gabrielle was absolutely awesome in making this a truly painless repair experience. Got me in real quick to get my estimate done, very considerate with scheduling to make sure I wasn’t in a loaner car any longer than I had to be, I would say fast repairs given I had my car back in 8 days, and best part…it looks absolutely perfect. Highly recommend Bridgewater collision

Bridgewater Collision Repair is an amazing repair shop! Not only do they do an A+ job with fixing your vehicle, but their customer service is outstanding! I am so happy with them! It is tough to find someone you trust with your vehicle but I always know I am in great hands! Berns is very kind and and will always do his best to provide exceptional customer service! What more can you ask for! The team at Bridgewater Collision Repair is wonderful! Anyone who answers the phone is so pleasant and is always willing to help! I will not take my car any place else!

I was involved in a collision while traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike over the July 4th weekend. We were 150 miles from home and had friends in the area who recommended trying Bridgewater Collision Repair, as they were an established business for many years. Berns was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was easy to reach via phone and email. My car was totaled, but he helped explain what the insurance process was and even removed the tags for my friends to retrieve for me. I would recommend Bridgewater Collision if you find yourself needing such a service.

So far, I've only gotten the estimate. Brett inspected to damage. collected the necessary insurance information, and explained all I needed to know about the repair. He was pleasant and under the circumstances, it was a great experience.

A relative just went in for a quote and was shocked when they told them they'd have to replace the entire engine splash shield assembly because it was hanging. It was only missing 4 fasteners to hold it into place.
Either they're incompetent or are just attempting to take advantage of people.
From reading their positive and negative reviews, it appears to be the latter.

Thank you Bridgewater Collision and Gabriella for probably saving me a couple hundred dollars. Went to Bridgewater Volvo because my hood was stuck and wouldn’t open. After treating me like a complete idiot, they didn’t even really try to solve the problem or offer to take a quick look. They just dismissed me and told me I would need a service appointment. I said thanks but no thanks!! Another reason why even though I live in Bridgewater I take my car to Smythe Volvo in Summit. I was trying to save me the drive.
So I called my friend at Smythe Volvo and was willing to take the trek to Summit. He said to hold on and that he would call ahead and see if Bridgewater Collision could help me since Bridgewater had done some recent work on my car a few months ago after an accident. Gabriella said no problem. When I got there she was waiting for me and eager to help. Someone took my car in the back. It literally took 15 minutes to figure out what the issue was. Lo and behold the latch was just stuck and all it needed was a little WD40!!!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about this business and Gabriella…. Would highly recommend?

The staff are very kind and thorough with their work and of taking care of customer needs. As someone going through the process of fixing car damages for the first time, I felt I could trust the staff and was well-informer throughout the process. Very helpful!
