Bad costumer service, unpleasant service writers. I brought my car for a clutch problem and they lied to me telling mi it was fixed. As soon as drove the car the problem came back. I brought it back and then told me to drive it for another 100 miles knowing the issue. For them to “bring the issue to Audi”
I will never go back to this dealership

My Chip Wimmershoff was very helpful throughout the process. At one point, I got cold feet but Chip assured me that he would be available for any additional concerns that I had. He never pressured but gradually gave me the confidence that I picked out the perfect car for myself ( Audi Q7).
