I have found a package that FedEx had picked up from the customer and was supposed to deliver it to another party in the middle of the street. I called FedEx on the day. I found the package and informed him of the situation and I was told that I would they would get back to me with a time that they would pick this package up four days of gone by and I have never heard from them yet. I called again asking for them to pick this package up and make sure they can get it to the right person and now this time they're telling me that they can't do anything about it. This company is so poorly run the people you can't even understand them. They're from a foreign count, I tell you this company. Very frustrating I will never use them ever ever again and if somebody wants to contact me please do but I'm sure that nobody from FedEx is gonna even bother to contact me because when I was on the phone with him and asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me, that's the kind of customer service. FedEx gives you the FedEx tracking number for this package is 796769217410 if anybody from FedEx wants to talk to me call me you have my number if your employees even bother to make a report on this, I would be a great sur.

It’s just a drop off. You have to print out your own mailing label. Very misleading.

If you have to send packages by FedEx very easy to get to very convenient place to go
