A helpful Fedex. At almost closing time, we took a little longer than expected to complete our task.The gal tried to be helpful, but she just couldn't understand what it was that we were trying to accomplish.Because she was kind, Fedex gets 4 stars. If she were smarter and more helpful, there would have been a 5th star.

Only shipping company to have helpful employees working at high speed. Love em. They'll tape ur package for free. They'll print you your shipping label.

Walked out after not being helped. We needed to print Holiday cards and I guess were inconveniencing the staff . Too bad last year the service and quality of our New zYear's Cards were incredible. The clerk was barking at us that they " could not design anything " and when I asked if they had a template like last year ignored us. Go to Staples this is strictly a Fed X mail drop off.

I was traveling to the area. I had several packages shipped here as well as doing some printing. The staff was always friendly, professional and efficient.

I had to return to the store three times for a simple print job due to their mistakes. All I received were excuses about their own system. Employee also admitted she didn't look at the files before/after printing to see if they were correct. This was a time sensitive project for my upcoming wedding- I should have gone elsewhere.

I needed to overnight documents and they quoted me $44 first and I am happy I asked if there were other options since my documents did not need to be there for 8am. I got a 4:30 delivery for $29.

Dropped a FedEx parcel off. He made me leave it on the table & told me he would come around for it after I left store. I didn't receive a receipt for proof of drop off. The parcel label was removed some time in fedexs possession & now its "lost". I was mailing out a 1200.$ Chanel blazer that is now lost in transport. No one @ FedEx will help.
