My favorite place to shop and the Costco in Brick, NJ is the best of them all. Everyone there is super polite and helpful! UPDATE - Still my favorite Costco. Definitely the best around!!

I visit this Costco pretty frequently.... its not too much different than other costco locations.. my only wish is that it would be open just a little bit longer, as I am usually arriving close to closing time, and have to rush through the place!

I love Costco! The staff is nice, the produce is fresh, pharmacy is good. I like their return policy. They are easy to deal with. Prices are good. Not for tiny households, everything comes in large amounts.

It really doesn't deserve a star but I do it out of the need to really comment on the times I've gone I've had bad customer service they want to yell at you as if you were going there to ask for a free gift they have no manners even though the Most of them are older people and I don't know where they have the respect.

Be prepared to spend a lot of money at Costco. But you get a lot of food and other items for a good price. Much cheaper than shopping at a regular grocery store. Just be sure you have a second freezer for all the frozen food you buy, because it will be a lot of food, and you don't want it to go bad.
Other than that, they have great deals on electronics, appliances, and even vacation packages like cruises, hotels and airfare.
And the best part is the cheap hot dogs and pizza near the front of the store! The last time I was at Costco, it was cash only, but now they take cards (visa only). I got 2 slices of pizza, a hot dog, and 2 drinks for under $7.

So I went in today to buy my mom, who is in the hosp. I had my dad's card. I went to check out the lady doing self check out. He was rude and said, "This isn't you. How do you know it's not me. What if I was trans? What if I changed into a woman from a man and didn't change my name yet? I was then sent over for someone to check me out. A lady came over to scan my card and said, "This isn't you." After I checked with the guy checking me out, I had 4 people swarming me like I was stealing or something. I called my dad, who was in the hospital with my mom, and told him what was happening. They were trying to help. Remind you that we all have the same address. So my mom and dad asked if I could be added to the account bc they don't know when they will be able to make it to Costco again since my mom is in the hospital. You can only have 2 cards per account. How dumb so my parents' adult children can't be on the same account even tho we live in the same household. Me and my sister need to our own membership even tho we don't have families or anything, so obviously, we are shopping for the household we live in with all 4 of us. Anyway I went to customer service and asked to talk to the manager the lady there was very nasty asked to the manager. Well, Danielle H. (the member service manager) came over and told me that she already told me I was not allowed and wouldn't talk to my parents. Then, she offered to hold dad's card till he came to get it. He is about 2 hours away! No, thank you, lady. She made it clear they aren't BJs. I can't believe what a tans person would go threw and be harassed if they didn't change there name and still had their dead name! Would they have to show ID everytime? Would they not get treated like everyone else? This is a sad world where you can't even shop for your parents with out being swarmed by people bc your trying to buy food for you sick mother and father.
