I've used Wayne a few times in the past. This time I bought a gift card for my wife for Christmas. It took months for him to return my call and then when we finally scheduled, he "no called no-show". I rescheduled for two weeks later. canceled again. After I got upset he said he was coming in the afternoon and never showed up. He constantly blames Samantha for his scheduling. Then he came the next day and seemed very off. He was in and out of his car 20 times and left 4 different times. At 5 o'clock he told me it was not going to be finished. I was very frustrated and told him I want my money back. Then later that night I offered to give him a chance to finish the job the next day. He told me he would be there at noon. Once again, no call no-show canceled at 1 o'clock. He still has my money and did not do the job. I'm still waiting for a refund. it's been four days and he has not answering or returning my calls. Do not give him a deposit. Do not buy a gift card. I don't recommend using this company. This review will come down if he gives me my money back.

I've used All The Details a few times now and have been happy with the results each time. Wayne has a keen eye for detail and is a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend

They came to my place to clean my messy interior. I had broken glass (and over a year’s worth of dog hair) covering the inside of my car. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. The inside looks like new.

Dropped of a vehicle for an exterior only detail for road paint on the vehicle. $1000 and over a week later , received the vehicle back with a burn hole in the seat that was not there when we dropped it off.I also received the vehicle back on empty and an extra 80 miles on it from when we dropped it off. The few times I called I was told that the gentleman is at the doctor or having a procedure done. So I guess I know where the miles and no gas came from.I have spoke to two separate ladies that are very pleasant and said someone would get get back to me, but over a month later I am being ghosted with no calls back or being put on hold for 15 plus min. This was an insurance claim though a MAJOR carrier, being our sublet facility that I have recommended many customer to over the 2 years we have been at this location, I was hoping for a better outcome. We are not looking to get reimbursed for the detail that was performed as that was decent, but for the seat that was damaged that my business paid for to settle with our customer.I will not be recommending your services to anyone furtherService: Auto detailing

3rd time going, fantastic job all around. The first time I went, I dropped off my 06 jeep sat for 2 years. The interior was terrible. They cleaned it up in 5 hours and made it look like it came out of the dealership.

My first time using them. They were very very very nice and definitely on top of their game. They contacted me multiple times to let me know that they were finished. I did think they were a little high in price I paid 160 for my detailing job. I only wanted the interior cleaned out but what I wanted it for they definitely cleaned it out very well. However the center consul was not touched at all and I did see some coffee marks on the side of my car but other than that they really did an amazing job and I would definitely go back. I also like the fact that they did take Zelle so if you don’t have cash on you they take so. Definitely check them out. The guys know what they’re doing and I will be going back for my husband’s truck next.

My 10 year old Toyota Highlander looks brand new, except for the non cleanable things like dings, dents, and scratches. I’m really impressed. They even got rid of the haze in the head and tail lights. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I really like the interior detail they did for my Altima, cost $160 & the car was definitely there all day for 10 hours to be exact. The only concern I had was that the floor mats were still wet when they finished (which they did tell me about & were actively drying them), but they stunk up my car in the following days as they never dried. Not a big deal, just had to take them out & hang them to dry myself. The female receptionist was nice, the 2 employees who detailed my car did a great job & fixed what I asked them to, which a young man took note of when I dropped it off. The detailers were a skinny middle aged man & a young boy. Overall great work, they also cleaned the outside of my car too, which was nice I wasn't expecting them to.

Wayne did a great job on my car and it came out way better than I could have expected. My driver door and seat were pretty badly water damaged, but the interior looks almost brand new now. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends and family. Also, they have a super cute dog!Service: Auto detailing

We brought in our honda pilot because our interior was horrible. We have 2 young kids and 3 dogs and take this car everywhere so you could imagine. When we got the car back there wasn't even a speck of sand to be found in the entire car. I couldn't recommend enough and will be getting our other car in soon for the same.

I have a 2010 minivan Burgundy. I got it ceramic coated and a full interior detail it looks amazing better than when I bought it. They fix the swirls in the paint job from when I bought the car And made it look like a brand new paint job. I highly recommend ATD They are amazing!!!Services: Engine detailing
