This business owner has a significant attitude problem, as reflected in their responses to reviews. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, as their customer service seems ungrateful and inadequate. It’s better to avoid a situation where you might face unprofessionalism, especially if issues arise with the work.

Can't say enough nice things about Steve. I really appreciated you taking the time to do a through pre-purchase on a Z4 I was looking at. Steve looked at every detail and gave me a through consultation on what to expect for maintenence and price was more than fair. He was honest, addressing what needed to be repaired asap and what could wait. He gave me the confidence and trust to make my purchase. Really happy with the service provided and accommodating me and the cars former owner. I know who to see if I need anything!

We are not customers, so please do not interpret this as a reflection of their work but a reflection of their character. Around 7:40 am, we accidentally missed our turn for our daycare, which is next door to Vicari. Instead of taking a 15-minute trip to make two U-turns, we pulled into Vicari's parking lot to quickly drop off our 2-year-old child. This was before Vicari opened at 8 am, and their parking lot had significant space available. However, we were approached by a gentleman from Vicari aggressively yelling that he would tow our car if we didn't move it immediately. We are reasonable people and would have accommodated any request to move without being threatened. We apologize for our mistake and won't take for granted that Vicari does not have reasonable people interacting with the general public.

Came to bimmer barn to have them look over my car before the track. I thank my lucky stars that Steve stopped me before going any further. The car was in disrepair and need a serious lifeline operation. They replaced my rod bearings just in time to save the engine, among many other things.They were patient enough to explain the details and show all the parts that came off and why. As well as respected when I choose to do some of the repairs myself. I'll be coming to them for more to keep my E90 M3 on the road for another 150000 miles.

Steve and his talented team of BMW techs are TOP NOTCH. They service and maintain my 2019 540i, my wife’s 2019 X3M40i and my daughters 2013 X1. From winter tire packages to routine maintenance and repairs. Honesty doesn’t begin to describe the high ethical and moral character that Steve uses to run his shop. I’d highly recommend anyone who needs their early or late model BMW serviced or maintained stop in to talk with Steve.
