We had our son’s birthday party in the field house on the basketball courts and it was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond what we were expecting and all of the kids had a great time. We do not have a single complaint and 100% recommend having your child’s birthday party at Team85! We had 21 boys ages 3 to 9 (mostly 6 year olds) and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Domenic & staff did a 1st job with my daughter's splash birthday party! Everything was 5 stars! Our helper was fantastic and had a lot patience with our group that ranged from ages 18 months to 8 yrs old. The food & the mermaid cupcake were outstanding! Thank you for making it happen! The parents were raving about the facility and staff!

We’ve now had two great birthday parties at Team85… a splash party in 2023 for my 5 year old, and an ultimate sports party this year for his 6th birthday. Our main hostess was a sweetheart and was in complete control. She even offered to take pictures on my phone which I loved because I was able to just sit back, mingle, and enjoy watching all of the crazy boys be crazy boys. All of the kids and parents had a great time at both parties. I definitely recommend hosting a party here!

We just had a splash birthday party for my kids and this place is absolutely wonderful! I dont normally leave reviews but I felt that I needed to let people know not to hesitate with booking a party. Jackie and Bree were absolutely the best party hosts and Dominic made the booking process a breeze. The lifeguards were also great, they watched the kids like a hawk and made all the parents feel at ease. Thank you Team85 we will be back next year!

Went here for a children’s pool party. I arrived a few minutes late. No one at the front desk helped me as to where the locker rooms were or how to get into the pool area. I’ve never been here before so I didn’t know where anything was. I walked into the pool area to find a group of very upset mothers and a crying child. The lifeguard Candy was telling the children to pass some tests in order to go to the deep end which was 4’ deep. Instead of having fun the children were frantically trying to pass their test so they could go 3 feet over to the “deep end”. I told my daughter that she could go over there but she would not move because she was afraid of Candy and afraid to get yelled at as she saw Candy yell at the other kids. The children were afraid of her and she was very rude to the parents. I will never return here!!! This woman should never work with people let alone children!!

Hosted a kids birthday pool party here in Feb 2024. Absolutely awful. The psycho lead lifeguard Candy was making children swim multiple laps of the kids pool doing different strokes to include the back stoke with their faces under water. This was just so they could access the kids pool! It took nearly 30 minutes for this and half the kids couldn’t even use the kids pool. Absolutely insane. Important to note all other staff were amazing. Unfortunately it only took one to sour the party.

I liked it here a lot but they're going downhill. I would give 3.5 if I could give half points.they got rid of the women's only area which really was disappointing. for a while it was just used as storage now I guess it's for a class. the people at the front desk kept telling me it was going to be used for the outdoor pool but clearly that's not happening.they've also upped their prices for not much in return.I also wish there were more places to stretch. there should be mats and a designated stretching area for after your workout. I usually just find a place in the corner and sit on the floor for my stretches, but for the price we pay we should have a mat, not a dirty floor, to stretch on.lastly I'd love to take more classes (especially TA) but they're rarely offered for folks working typical 9-5. :( so I don't even get to take many classes here

Had a membership here for a little over a year. Was told that once you pass your 1 year mark, that you can cancel anytime with no extra fees. Tried to cancel on Jan 2nd when I went in for the first time since the new year and was told that I needed to give at least 30 days notice prior to cancelling before the next billing date or that I would be billed for the next month. There are 31 days in January so I still technically gave 30 days till cancellation. Was told that the front desk can’t do anything for me and that I needed to contact the manager to avoid the following month’s fees and was given THE WRONG EMAIL. Emailed the wrong address for weeks until I finally got an automated email for the snow storm hours from the person I was trying to contact. Ended up finally emailing the right person three times and NO RESPONSE. I have a knee injury and haven’t been able to go into the gym for a few weeks so i haven’t gone in. Ended up having to cancel my debit card to avoid the next months fees. Literally the worst customer service ever, they have no regard for the people who pay so much money to workout here, especially when now they’re charging almost $85 a month for a membership fee. So overpriced and not worth the aggravation to go here. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone just for that reason. I’ve had multiple friends that have gone here and every one including myself has had an issue with the front desk when wanting to cancel or freeze their membership.

I called the Fieldhouse inquiring about indoor space to practice soccer during this winter weather. Mohammed was so helpful, patient, informative and professional with helping to figure out solutions. He provided suggestions and feedback on ideas and even checked dates of availability. His efforts were much appreciated as it was last minute panic to find a spot. Thank you Team85 for having such a high caliber staff assisting! Thank you Mohammed! ?

My husband was diagnosed with Leukemia and was very sick. He was unable to do much but called the gym to suspend our memberships as he was sick and I was the sole caretaker. He spoke to a woman who emailed him no problems we can do this for 6 months and then re-evaluate and assured him we would not be billed. The course of treatment has been rigorous and consumed all our time. I recently noticed I was getting billed and when I looked it up found I was getting billed all the time. I stopped by the gym in person and attempted to deal with the young lady at the desk but it was clear she could not help me. I asked for a manager and out comes Tammy Johnson. She was so rude and said that this would never have happened without a doctor note and was arguing with me. I then got my husband on the phone who said he had an email from a person at the gym. When he finally looked it up it was from none other then this Tammy Johnson who had been arguing with me. She never apologized for being so rude and argumentative but said my only choice was to cancel our memberships. I was so upset and teared up as this was not was I wanted but felt I had no choice. How unempathetic for a business who is supposed to be all about health. We have been members of this gym since before it opened having signed up in the very beginning. I am so disappointed and felt that this woman should never deal with the public. Furthermore there is no one you can contact to address this situation.

It has become evident that the construction of the new luxury apartments has taken priority over running the gym efficiently. If you’re looking for a new gym, I would recommend looking elsewhere.- On two occasions I showed up and the power was out. Was never offered any kind of pro rated rate or any way of making it up to me.- One occasion I was working out and there were signs posted to not use the water fountains. Again, no attempt to rectify the situation with the customer.- One day I showed up at 4:59 AM. The woman behind the counter told me they opened at 5:00 AM and she said I had to wait outside.- There are 3 smith machines in the gym and you can bet your bottom dollar, one of them will be broken at all times.- I recently cancelled my membership because I work out before they open. The guy behind the counter told me they were going to 24 hours to try and get me to stay. That was a lie. They aren’t going to 24 hours.- They recently raised their prices for anyone under the age of 12. So my 3 year old daughter who was on our plan for 1 dollar a month so she could use the pool was going to be charged 29 dollars.- Finally, everything you read in these reviews about their cancellation policy is true. If you cancel your plan on the 2nd of the month you will get charged for the next 2 full months.

My 15 yr old was asked to come to the front desk twice. They accused him of not paying his bill. It turned out they did not charge my credit card. They made my kid and his cousin from Ireland feel terrible. The group of managers sitting at a table that sent some kid from the front desk to do his dirty work should be ashamed of themselves. Great facilities but horrendous service from the managers. Not the unfortunate kid at the front.

Very nice gym, with many amenities - just far too little floor space devoted to dumbbells/free weights. If you want to use the gym between 4-7pm monday-Friday, good luck if you want to try to use dumbbells/free weights. I’ve skipped going many days out of frustration not wanting to deal with the insane crowd. During real peak times, it’s actually a safety hazard. The rest of the gym is very nice though

Paid member for almost 2 years.First year paid for private swim lessons for my twins. When the teacher left they were never able to find a replacement OVER 1 year ago. They still can't get classes and they won't refund the paid classes either. Also, membership requires 30 days of cancelation, but you need to cancel before the 30 of the previous month. So if I cancel today 13th, I will be charged the full membership for October, meaning 47 days' notice NOT 30 days.It is an amazing place until ONE thing goes wrong.Military family, I used to tell all my family about this place, but right now I am going to use the same “advisement” to avoid this place at all costs.Signed: Current member who can't cancel my membership since I can't physically go to the gym.

I actually really like this gym and the people who work there (except the person who took my last phone call) but they simply rob you at the end of your membership. Before I continue, I get it "You signed the contract" but it's simply a case of common decency on their end. Who would write a contract that adds an extra month to your membership just to quit, Even when you are in a financial stress. The owner who is a multi millionaire has made millions more off our community and regularly shows up in a Lambo to work out but still needs an extra 75 bucks a month from people trying to make ends meet, it's disgusting. They go out their way to make things hard to quit and then comment "WELL YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT SORRY!"I quit last month because of finance problems and not only did they make me pay an extra month which you know fair enough It was in the contract but they also charged my another 45 dollars for yearly maintenance fees for a gym I won't be using then when I called a condescending lady on the other end tried to explain to me what a year was. Frustrating to say the least. This is a really well stock facility with some really nice people working there, but I hope they start to actually care about the people in the area they service and stop nickel and diming them with sneaky business practices.
