The prices are generously fair, the quality is clear, the variety is outstanding, and the service is unmatched! When I inquired about selling, the communication was prompt, professional, and honest!

While I wasn’t originally planning to stop by (mostly because I didn’t know that the Old Bookshop of Bordentown existed), I thought I would stop by when I was in the area / passing by
Even though it is a tiny, unassuming bookshop, it has a nice selection of books and a pleasant vibe
The man at the counter seemed friendly, and the bookstore was clean and well-maintained

Awesome book store with a wide selection of interesting books at great prices. They also have a large number of rare books, which the owner was kind enough to let me look at. Highly recommend buying here.

Great little book shop, so many books that it would take hours to look through everything. Things are organized by categories. Boyfriend found a rare book about the Eagles. They offer military discount and discount if you pay cash. Seems like things could be negotiable

This bookshop is the most ignorant, unprofessional bookshop I have ever encountered. The bookshop employee must have had their heart broken because they are very bitter and rude. I was trying to talk to someone about providing some services, and they were very childish and whiny and hung up. Thank you for not wasting my time and showing me just how ignorant and incompetent you are. Clearly you are too d*** to realize when someone is trying to do business with you. If they keep up with that attitude, I hope they lose all their business and shut down. Whoever you were who answered the phone, I think you need to be an adult to have a job, and you clearly are a little boy who needs their mommy.Just pathetic.

The Old Bookshop in Bordentown is another of my favorite places to shop for old vintage books. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I just started collecting old books last year and Doug has some amazing old editions of famous classic literature authors for sale. He also has lots of old history books. All are very reasonably priced. Also has some high end editions for the serious collectors. This place is a must see. Please support your local booksellers and stop by the Old Bookshop. You will not be disappointed!

This shop is a hidden gem. The wide variety of books, the wonderful old book smell when you enter, the vast collection of history and information, and the quiet, calm aura of this cozy haven make it a reader's and history buff's paradise. The shop owner is a wonderful person, full of knowledge and passionate about reading. I love the Olde Bookshop.

This shop is an enjoyable step-back in time. An old-school bookstore; half book repository, and half treasure hunt. One can never be sure what one will discover; but that only adds to the delight. Certainly worth the time to browse and explore.

I was really pleased with the service I got here. I ordered a 90-year old, relatively rare paperback from them. When it arrived, shipping had somehow detached the back cover / wrapper. When I contacted the Old Bookshop, they didn't give me any hassle at all. Instead, they had me ship it to them for evaluation. They then took it to a binder / restorer in Philadelphia and returned it to me, all free of charge. That's what I call customer service! I will definitely order books through them again.
