This is the best apartment in town. It's new, clean, and very safe with 24/7 security service. They have plenty of guest parking. The apartment is new, spacious and has high quality appliances. The services, such as mail delivery or maintenance services are excellent. Most of the service requests are done on the same day. Very caring and professional office staff. I had a lot of difficulties in the beginning in the online application process, but Stiben, Lisa and Brittany made is so simple! I think the service Lisa and Stiben provides is exceptional. They are very professional and caring. We love this apartment mainly because of the security, cleanliness, maintenance and the office staff (Lisa and Stiben). They are the best!

Thanks to Brittany and Lisa for setting me up with a beautiful apartment! They made the application process very smooth and made sure I had all the important paperwork in at the right time. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was set up with an apartment within my price range and answered all of my questions while touring the model apartment.

Speedy repair when an issue with an appliance came up - same day and within hours! Staff that helped with repairs were great.Update 3/13/24 - had another repair and again, very fast help. Put in a ticket on Monday and it was settled by Wednesday morning and everything replaced and working even better than before. Staff was helpful and kind - A+

I have to say Kareem is the best super hands down!!! He is prompt, professional and very pleasant to work with. He explains everything if ever have questions and can fix and solve any issues you have!!! He is a wonderful asset to have at the Grove and I have been here seven years.

Officially living one month here at Grove Crossing and my roommate and I love it. Lisa, Brittany and Stiben made the process of leasing an apartment here so easy and enjoyable. They are all so knowledgeable about the different property types and amenities offered at both complexes. When we had questions they were just a phone call away and always called us back. Would recommend living here to anyone who asked.

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Nice community with kind people. Floors do creak though so those who are sensitive may want to take notice. Units are spacious, nice and reasonably priced. Within walking distance from Aldi which is also a plus. Overall I'd give a 4.5/5

The leasing office at The Grove Crossing was extremely helpful. I personally dealt directly with Lisa. She worked fast and efficiently to helped me get all my paperwork in order. It was a smooth and efficient process. Thank you LISA! you are the best.
