Wow! Excellent team here! We were visiting from out of state for a wedding. We checked into our hotel and started to unpack to get ready. We then realized we forgot our suits! (OMG!) I called BB and Anthony answered my call. I explained to him the situation and told him we had an hour to get to the store and back to get dressed. He asked what sizes we needed and pulled the items on the phone with me while I was en route to the store. I asked him to turn on the steamer and have someone ready at the helm, and he did just that. We walked in and everything we asked for was ready to be tried on. Literally saves the day. Thank you everyone who helped, and thank you Anthony. Thank you for being a great leader.PS., the store looked perfect. ??

Thought the clothes were nice but after 2-3 washes everything I bought started falling apart. How can you charge this much money for low-quality garments?

Very unwelcoming. Upon entering with my friend, we were just browsing clothing to get ideas for 1.) Fathers birthday and 2.) clothing that would be beneficial for working in a professional setting. Felt like we were profiled as if we shouldn’t be in the store. We saw three associates started whispering and one older woman with blonde hair kept following us around asking if we needed help which we declined. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if she wasn’t hovering and continued questioning us. As both of us also work in retail, we don’t need someone hovering, assuming and whispering behind people’s back who happen to just want to look at items.

Very rude staff, not at all welcoming. Would encourage to go to any other Brooks Brothers store if you’re planning to make any purchase.

Had a nice experience here. The employee was super friendly and she was terrific as far as what fit plus how it looked. I was very satisfied with my purchase and I credit a lot of it to her.

I bought a tuxedo from the outlet at the Gloucester branch a week before Black Friday , trying the tuxedo At home one of the button felt off , few days after I decided to go shopping at another outlet and found the same tuxedo for a lower price at the same store, probably a Black Friday sale and bought it , when I return the previous tuxedo at the Gloucester store the sales person or manager don’t really know his title give me a look and treat me like I was doing something wrong with a really bad attitude, not manners at all, I was very surprised because the day I got the suit a lady sales person make us feel very welcome, same at the other outlet where I got the other suit, he shouldn’t be working at retail if he can no handle a simple return, looking at another’s reviews in their website saw others comment with similar issues (returns) , would never recommend anybody to shop at that particular store , don’t know if those previous reviews are we the same salesman , but as company is something they should look into it!!

Bought a pair of pants, took the tags off to wash. The seem came apart and they would not exchange or refund. Would not recommend

Super friendly help towards the end of the day.I visited right before closing and got the help I needed with discounts that were close to expiration. I had to special order some pants to match a jacket I was purchasing and was able to do so and have it shipped to me with little fanfare. While the salesperson was finalizing the transaction, I was able to continue perusing the store and picked up a few other items.Normally I'd expect to be told to get lost, and for good reason, so close to closing but I appreciated the going above and beyond to help get what I needed.
