in addition they miscode procedures which result in erroneous billing. Check your bill.

Been coming here for years if not decades and the staff is always pleasant and most importantly competent in drawing blood. I go quarterly and only had one bad experience so far

There are too many labs to choose from...don't go here.Was there today with my 2 kids, waiting in line before 7am (hoping to get them to school on time) and there were only 3 people in front of us. When it came time for us to check in, the first woman at the desk (I'll call her woman 1) decided to help a gentleman who had just walked in. She didn't explain why she helped him first when we were clearly next in line...I could only assume it was because there were three of us and woman 1 thought she was being efficient.One of my kids needed to use the bathroom and we were unsure if she would need to give a sample - so we interrupted to ask woman 1 whether she needed to. Rather than first checking our paperwork, woman1 tossed a cup and lid in my kid's direction and told her to provide a urine sample, then turned back to help the man who walked in after us. I then instructed my child how to properly collect her urine.After checking in the gentleman, woman 1 looked at my paperwork and determined it was only me (and none of my kids) that needed to give a sample. Without acknowledging or apologizing for the error, she handed me a cup. She then told me to take out my insurance card and she would be right with me...and walked away. I sat there another 15 minutes.After some time, I heard woman1 instruct a second woman (I'll call her woman2) to check in "the family out there". When woman 2 came out, she didn't introduce herself, rudely grabbed the cup from my hand to look at the name on it, then gave it back. Woman 1 returned to help with the paperwork, and yelled out a question to me about my insurance. I had no idea who she was talking to because I couldn't see her face...she was behind a wall. Woman2 stared at me as if to ask whether I planned to answer - so I did. It was a very strange encounter, and then became more unprofessional.Woman2 (who later said her name was karen?) Took us back to the room and didn't make much eye contact, was rather rude. She took my first daughter's blood with no issue. With my second daughter, she couldn't find a vein on her first arm. She turned around to tell me my daughter "needs to drink more water" before trying her other arm.Me and my first daughter watched as this woman poked her sister multiple times with the needle, couldn't find a vein, then kept moving the needle around to change tubes and put more blood in tubes she had already filled. All of this while my kid is right in front of her clearly crying...the woman had no reaction. I tried to ask what was going on...told this woman that my kid looks like she is in a lot of pain because of whatever she's doing. This woman just continued and said the blood is just coming out slowly.My second daughter (the same one who was made to urinate in a cup for no reason!) was eventually done with this ordeal. She received no apology or consolation from the phlebotomist and went to the bathroom to wipe her face.I had to go next and was terrified. Though her bedside manner was awful, things went more smoothly for me.It was overall an awful experience and I will never subject myself or my kids to this kind of treatment again.Choose another lab. It's not worth being treated like an animal.

I had a very good experience with this Lab Corp! I made an appointment and the wait time wasn't long at all. They run an efficient shop and staff more people than Quest. The techs take your orders first outside the room(s) and then you get your blood drawn. The tech I had was excellent at her job. She was very kind, patient, and very good at drawing all the blood I needed. This will be my go-to moving forward!

I just got back from lab corps in Bernardsville. Online they said they were open until 3 o'clock. I was there at 2:30. The door was locked. On the door it said they were open until 3. There was a delivery person coming out so I asked The assistant if I could please come in and get my blood work. She said no they are closed at 2:30. She told me to look at the little paper Taped to the door, Below the printed times, that said closed at 2:30. Why are you advertising that you're open until 3? Very unprofessional and annoying

Just came back from lab corps in Bernardsville. The website said they were open until 3 , I was there at 2:30, The door was locked. Is a delivery man came out, So I asked the person in charge if she could please do my blood work and she said no they close at 2:30. She pointed to the door and told me the sign said they close it to 30. That was a little paper sign undernea the other times that said they were open until 3. Very annoying.

I always book at this location. Monica is the best! She is able to find a vein on me the first time, every time, when no one at Morristown Memorial Hospital can! I’ve been going here for years.

I love this LabCorp location! Today, 9/16/22 - you can see the beautiful sunrise through the window. The staff are incredible. Efficient, very friendly and professional.

Every review that you read that's bad was from a long time ago because the current staff members are absolutely amazing. They are cheerful, professional and well organized. I've been to many labcorps and this is by far the best! It's a two woman operation and they get it done quickly! The pulmonologist is also never painful and never has An issue finding a vein.
