“I always loved Echelon store because its not as crowed as the deptford one and it has everything I ever needed this time it looked barely stocked I had to ask the sales clerk if they were closing. Shelves were bare the fudge area wasn't even open. Non was made I went for slippers bed sheets and fudge for my father and only got the sleepers. I got bath towels couldn't even get full sets they didn't have them in stock. They said it was from the fire at the other end of the shopping center but I don't know about that.”

No smiles or energy. They had manners and checked me out pretty quickly but I just wish they didn't seem like their job was aucking the life out of them lol will still return in the future though :)”

Danielle was SUPER helpful and heard every concern and need I required in new work boots; as soon as I was talking she was coming up with a plan and it checked all the boxes for me. “Good selection and prices but they don't sell wide sizes there. I figured they would being the official retail outlet but you can only get wide online. They also aren't open on monday for some reason. Staff was polite and courteous and didn't hound us which was nice.”

(AC will not give this offer for slip-ins) look online for skechers loyalty sign up and the gloucester premium outlet stores sign up for additional discounts. Also many stores give Vets an additional 10% off. Quick knowledgable store employees. Great value.”
“I have been getting my shoes and my kids shoes from here for about two years. Whenever I need croc charms I don’t go anywhere else they have all the cute ones and all the cheap ones! The cutest sandals and slip on shoes plus cute heels and everything for the kids !”
“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “I brought my wife an hour and a half to the boot barn, and they literally had only two pairs of cowboy boots in her size 5. But the young lady there who was laser focused on customer service fitted her with a pair size 3 in the kids department, which fit perfect and my wife was very happy with. It didn’t get five stars because of the lack of inventory for women’s size 5 so if you find yourself looking for a pair of cowgirl boots in size 5, I suggest you call before you go.”
“Im not a big fan of shopping but I needed some slippers to keep my feet warm. I was recommend to the ugg store by Stacy. The staff there did not disappoint me. Ive never owned uggs before, but they told me about the fit of the shoe and how to take care of them. Amazing store and staff.”

“ALL i CAN SAY IS WOW! CALLED THE STORE IN THE AM TO SEE IF I COULD GET LACROSSE HEAD RESTRUNG. BECAUSE MY DAUGHTERS STICK WAS NOT LEGAL. THE YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID WE COULD GET IT DONE TODAY RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THE AWESOME PART. I WALKED INTO THE STORE INTRODUCED MYSELF THERE WERE TWO LADY THAT I KNEW WERE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND KNEW FROM THERE BODY LANGUAGE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE ONE GIRL TOOK STICK AND SAID RIGHT AWAY THIS COULD BE A QUICK FIX. BEING A LACROSSE DAD FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS I KING OF KNOW WHATS LEGAL AND AND WHATS NOT. MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DISAGREEMENT WHICH I FOUND OUT SHE WAS RIGHT. I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE DID AND DID NOT WANT TO PUT A NEW MESH IN BECAUSE SHE IS IN TOURNAMENT PLAY AND WOULD TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. THEY FIXED HER LACROSSE HEAD MADE SURE IT WAS LEGAL AND USED IT IN STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS GOOD TO THROW. WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED I OFFERED TO PAY AND SHE SAID SIR ITS OK. ITS NOT ABOUT PAYING BECAUSE i KNOW I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE THE STORE AND PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING ANY WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS LACROSSE NEEDS SIMPLY THE BEST.”

“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers.
