I took it there to fix an issue with a part I know is wrong in my computer & the most he can do was run some software and send me on my way. I called back, he sounded annoyed and told me there wasn't anything else he can do for me.Edit: You can deflect all you want, I'm complaining because you scammed me out of $60 for a "fixed" computer. You then chose to get all disrespectful as you are now on this review because you got a bad review, boo hoo. I wasn't coming back to your shop anyways since you're incompetent so banning me from it is very flattering, thank you. I said it before go learn how to fix computers from micro center because you sir are an absolute idiot. You can preach about over 30 years of computers all you want, you sound like a broken record.

For years, I've gone to Dave at PC Pro Now for ALL of my computer needs. When I need a computer, I've always gone to him. When I need my computer fixed, I always go to him.Why? For two reasons:1 - and most importantly - I know I can trust Dave to give me advice, to give me a fair price. Trust is an extremely important commodity.2. Dave is excellent at what he does. He knows exactly how to figure out a problem and to fix it. In addition to that, his personal attention to details is remarkable.Recently, I just bought another computer. He took all of my materials from one computer to another - and set the same computer up for my husband's needs and for mine -I would highly recommend Dave at PC Pro Now to anyone. -

PC PRO NOW in Berlin, NJ is my place to have my computer repairs or service done from now on! Dave is really friendly and patient when he answers all your questions (for those of us who really don't understand the computers). We have to rely on computes, but whey they stop working, we need someone to get them going again.Yesterday I took my computer into PC PRO NOW when it stopped working, he tested it right away, explained what he was doing and what the problem was, then ordered the parts and gave me an estimate. About 24 hours later, he called and texted me to let me know my computer was ready to be picked up! I really think this was great service; which is why, this is where I go for my computer repairs!

This place is highly recommended. I brought a pc in there I was having trouble getting to detect a graphics card. Dave did anything and everything to figure it out and did eventually figure it out when nobody else could or would spend the time to do so. He spent the entire day on it! Friendly and fair pricing also. Thanks again!

Dave is very knowledgeable and even was able to solve my problem, which the tech service of a National electronics chain wasn't able to do. He has been my go-to computer guy from then on.
