I know I am in the best hands after speaking with Chrissy. Chrissy went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the repair(s) I requested was accurate. Usually with call center environments you will never get the chance to speak to the same person twice. In this case, I had to call back since I forgot to add something while we were on the phone. I left a voicemail and she then left ME a voicemail letting me know she went ahead and added it in for me. All taken care of, no phone tag. I told her I have a warranty and I didn’t want it to expire without these issues fixed. It is apparent Chrissy truly cares about this matter as much as I do. This is super rare to find - please give Chrissy a raise.

Friendly service, but I always feel it's expensive, even if it's not comparatively speaking. Their lobby is great for being able to work while you wait if you don't have a ride. They also offer shuttle service. I really only go here due to my warranty requirements, but I believe the mechanics are knowledgeable.

Not a happy cow because every time I go, they will tell me do this. Do that do this to that and a lot of repairs I mean come on I can do it but it’s a lot. I guess it is what it is but they really made me wait for like eight months to get my GPS on my car, that was not very nice but it was done. Thank you, Jason.

Been taking both of our vehicles here after purchasing them from Auto Lenders. Have always received fair prices and exceptional service. Highly recommended. 1/4/24: No change, still highly recommend.
5/21/24: Nothings changed, still my go to for auto work.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I bought a brand new car from the williamstown dealership. Had a loud rattling noise coming from the sunroof had to take it here 3 times. The rattling never went away and apparently they had to take the whole ceiling apart and put it back horribly everything looks out of place and hanging off now they wanna charge me to bring it back. I’ll never bring my car here ever again.
