I love this store. I was a loyal customer of their Bayville store and was disappointed when they closed. I happened upon the Manchester store last month and couldn't believe my luck. I will return again. I have never experienced the issues that any of the previous reviews have sited. The one that was upset by comments a man in the store made was silly to me. A store owner cannot control the comments a customer makes to another customer. Perhaps if it were brought to the owner's attention, they may have corrected the situation. I stand by my 5 star review!!!

went in yesterday for the first time and was really excited when I saw the collection of clothing and cds offered. I unfortunately was immediately greeted with an insensitive comment on the clothing I was wearing, and when I tried to lighten the mood by thanking the man he pursued the conversation by stating it was in fact “not a compliment”. another comment was made about me shopping in the plus size section later on. Not sure if this person was a worker and I was really disappointed to have to leave such good items behind, but after that experience this storefront has lost my business.
Update:
I was absolutely at the right location. been shopping in the manchester shoprite plaza for years. my review still stands.

They are SO rude. I bought a game there and I asked at the counter if they guarantee that it had all of the pieces, the man said it was new (he was actually fine, it was the woman who was just awful). I brought it home and it was missing the board, I brought it back 30 minutes later. She questioned me SO hard, first saying why did I even need the board just play without it, and then even accused me of removing the board and refused to give me my money back & pointed on the sign on the counter “all sales are final” and I should have checked before leaving the store. After I argued that I would have but he didn’t told me it was new, not even an hour ago, it was insane to accuse customers of something like that, they finally (very reluctantly) gave me my money back. It was a horrible experience, so unprofessional and I will never return lol.

Super cute thrift store !! The owners were super friendly and helpful and my friend and I had a wonderful time talking with them and shopping in their store! I highly recommend stopping in, you’ll find some great pieces! :)

So many amazing things! Great prices too and I always find things. Not just kids clothing but toys, housewares, women's and men's clothes and shoes. This place is a treasure trove!

Great with awesome merchandise .. some might say its too crowded.. BUT no matter what the occasion I can go in there and find my family of 6 something Dope. I'll take my time and look. from clothes,shoes, toys, and home decorations.. that nice young lady and her husband is such a blessing. Name brand clothes for the low... I wanna say thank you for yall customer service and holding items that yall think I might like

Okay, so I am leaving a totally honest review. I came here because they advertised they needed juniors clothing for girls. My daughter had a tons of name brand and new clothing, so I decided to come in and bring in her stuff. The guy owner was very kind and nice. The woman owner (wife) was kind of mean and stand offish. I was talking to her while she opened the box she literally ignored me. So I stood there while she was digging through my box. She picked out a name brand purse that still had tags on it. And another pair of brand new shoes with a Hollis tee hoodie a named brand jean jacket and a brand new tagged grey pullover. Basically all tagged items besides the jacket. She then said , we don’t have room for your other stuff (name brand sneakers and all) said I can give you $20. Pulls out the $20 to give me. Although I could’ve said no and just sold it on FB marketplace and got more. I just took it and left. The guy owner did help me pack my box back in my car which was nice of him. But I can almost guarantee they are not in need for Junior clothes in the store but maybe for someone else? Because why advertise you need junior clothes and then say you honestly don’t have room. I promise you , it was all nice stuff. I wasn’t going to leave a review based off of that piece of information but based off of the fact that the woman owner gives me bad vibes and has no kind of good customer service. & that fact that she low balled me for sure. The reason why they may be over packed with things is because they over price some used items and no one will buy it at that price when there’s sales for their tagged used prices. This is my honest feedback.

The place is quite crammed. It is mostly organized, however, some areas are just inaccessible due to the tiny space. The selection is nice and the staff are friendly.

Annoying sound alert always triggers when looking at mens clothing up front. Some is fairly priced, others are over pre-owned cost. Not enough mens clothing. I been here 4 times, but I won't be back.
