I have an appointment at 10 AM here at this location for Jan. 2, 2023. They have confirmed my appointment and re-texted me to notify me of today's schedule. Been here since 9:30 AM out here in the freezing cold and nobody is around! It's already 10:16 AM. They don't respect someone's valuable time! Disappointing. unreliable and not trust worthy 0 rating for you!

Updated Review: Erick has been helpful in that he helped me do my amended tax returns. However, I never received any notice that my amended tax returns were approved or e-filed. All I wanted was some sort of confirmation be it via email or HR Block Chat online. For some reason it’s been difficult to receive a straight answer. They seemed angry at me for asking and saying they already told me, but it’s a bit frustrating when you paid a lot of money for services and it’s dealing with your important tax info/money. When I called, the person said they “think” it was e-filed. This is the sole reason I called because all I wanted was a confirmation. I am a little upset about the lack of communication. My friend referred me to this H\\u0026R Block office specifically, but the lack of efficient communication is discouraging.\ \ 2 Months Ago - Five Stars (For 2021 Taxes):\ Erick has been incredibly helpful. He explained my taxes thoroughly and how I'll move forward with my taxes and finances for next year. I am truly thankful.
