This store is the personification of the "the little engine can could". I've been going here for over 30 years and rarely leave disappointed. I love to support local businesses and this one makes it so easy. This small store has a little bit of everything. I'm constantly amazed how many times I've gone in doubting they have what I'm looking for and walk out with something that if not exact good enough. Being a small business, they don't aim to compete on price but make up for it with service and 1 or 2 versions of a lot of different products. Over the years they've saved by backside a bunch of times when everyone else was closed not to mention the drive time to go to Home Depot or Lowe's If your looking for a local store that's delivers well beyond its size, go to Butlers.

Great hardware store. Basement flood required pump and parts. They had what was needed in stock, connected us to a plumber on a Saturday for emergency service, and even delivered another part the plumber needed when he was at the house!

Michael Butler left was outstanding! We are in New York-based company that had a construction job in New Jersey. To my dismay, Home Depot is closed on Sundays. What a blessing in disguise!I came to Butler‘s hardware, and not only do they have everything I need; but they gave me advice on how to get it done even faster.I was expecting to pay a lot more since it is a private shop, but Mr. Butler made arrangements to put everything I need it in my budget. As it turns out I was just about to overbuy; so in essence I saved a ton of money.

All around best. If you don't see it, they will find it! If they can't find it, they'll order it. From Keys- light bulbs and many more. This is your best neighborhood hardware store.
