After a deer decided to run into my CR-V on the highway, I was pretty devastated. I searched for reputable body shops in my area and stumbled upon Lido.
Am I glad I decided to use their services! This shop is the real deal! After dropping my car off, I was immensely pleased when they called me a day later to tell me that the parts were on the way and the vehicle would be ready the following week. I was ready to pick up my vehicle when John called and apologized profusely because he didn't realize that an alignment had also been authorized (apparently it usually is not) and he was prioritizing the work so I would still have the vehicle that day!
The car looks brand new! I can't believe it.
The people are all very professional and pleasant in their interactions, the shop is clean and organized (I actually walked through), and the work is guaranteed for the life of the car.
Thank you so much for putting her back together! I wish you much success in the future, and I will recommend you to anyone who needs body work.

Lido did great work on my car. The bumper was scratched and dented. It looked brand new after a week and a half. They worked with my insurance and I didn't have to worry about anything. Very professional staff.
