Very long time waiting on the phone to reschedule an appointment due to inefficiency to coordinate with pharmacy and health insurance approval of medication. Besides that very rude service of the ladies over the phone, hanging up because I am asking too many questions.

Omg front desk staff is horrible the only thing that keeps me here is Dr Decca Mohammad & Ms Keer and honestly i would love if they start their on office. This place neverrrr answer the phone, professionalism is horrible and nobody never knows anything.

They don't care at all for the patients, I had a procedure that got infected and they didn't even call me back, they were telling me they were sending the messeges urgent and everytime I called again they were telling me oh I didn't have the call marked as urgent, I don't know who you spoke to and bla bla bla like that one of the worst practices I ever went!

The Worst! please if you are the manager in this facility please do a clean up every person I have spoken here they are so rude. The receptionist are the rudest they do not want to work! I even call them they ask me for information makes me hold for about an hour and hangs up. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BEFORE I REPORT YOUR FACILITY TO THE STATE. THE FACT THAT THERE ARE SO MANY REVIEWS ABOUT YOUR STAFF AND HAVE NOT DONE A CLEAN UP SHOWS ME HOW YOU DO NOT CARE SO I WILL BE CALLING. I am talking about 195 Cortlandt st Belleville NJ

P.a Nerissa Taylor is the best she’s so kind, understanding and she follows up right when results come in. She’s the only reason I still come here and deal with this office that never answers! So is dr Mohammed sweet lady very patient, compassionate and understanding and she will put her staff in place quick when they do wrong.

My husband and I had Coronavirus, we got tired of calling, we were never able to contact, then we went to the Clinic and they had changed buildings, I made an appointment to fill out some documents and Dr. Tania Martinez-Beasley mistreated us, she did not want to see my husband That day, she made an appointment for him the next day, and he had to miss work to go, in the end one of the nurses attended to him at the front desk, she never showed up, they do that only to collect from the insurance. consultation, and to collect the forms we had to go about four times. Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! THOS PLACD IS HORRIBLE IM THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE HOW HARD IS THAT!!! IM LEAVING THIS PLACE THEY NEED TO FIRE THE WHOLE FRONT OFFICE ITS ABOUT 10 PEOPLE SITTING THERE SND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE IM DONE DONT GO HERE FIND A DOCTOR OFFICE THAT CARES AND AT LEAST MAKES IT EASY FOR YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

If you wants to stay here for ever then come the waiting time even if you come early it’s long than 2 hours inside a room waiting for a doctor to see you nobody comes and tell you nothing about you just there waiting and waiting.This is ridiculous for real last time visiting this place.
