Rainbow Bayonne strikes again. I call to find out what time they are closing. They say 8:30 although store hours are 9pm. They lock the doors 30 minutes before closing to “allow shoppers to exit by 9”. I arrive at 8:25pm. Door locked, why am I surprised. When I called the person says, “it’s just a few minutes” . This is the most ghetto. Establishment I swear.

There closing times don’t match the actual time they close. It’s says 10-8pm and they always open 10:30 or 11 and close at 7 or prior. I knocked on the door to see if they can confirm actual closing times and the staff said she was going to ask and then never came back. When I knocked again she was laughing while I was knocking. She started to act like she was looking at clothes and ignored me. A simple answer would have sufficed but ignoring a customer for something so simple is bad customer service. Now instead of me coming back tommorow I will take my business elsewhere and advice everyone who asks me about the store to do the same. Rather spend my money where I don’t get laughed at and where they will treat me like another human being.

It was okay there was a lady following us around though I thought it was very weird and made me feel very uncomfortable like messing with the clothes right by me and my family and they didn't have anything over 3x def not a plus store!

Okay so, the store is okey I guess, I went because I was looking for a gift, but when I was about to leave the alarm started sounding like if I did steal something and trying to explain that I did not but nothing but the lady wouldn't listen and my mom was trying to talk but she is not good and English, my point is that the service is so bad and almost make me feel like if I was a thief

This Rainbow Shops was very nice. It's a little empty, the neighborhood seems to be lacking in both tourism and local shoppers as of late, but everyone I encountered was very nice. Yvonne at the Elizabeth Arden counter was especially nice and helpful.It's a big Rainbow Shops, but doesn't have the crush that you get in New York City at Herald Square. I wish I had longer hours. I would have spent more time in the store.

This place is closing times are not accurate. They always close 30 minutes before closing time and it’s inconvenient to people who rush there after work to make it to be turned away because they don’t want to be there . This is the 3rd time it has happens and the lady always says come tomorrow. they should stick to the hours they have listed . Period .
