She will undersell your house and then be uninterested in you or where you go. This woman acted like I’d be lucky to get what she suggested during a pandemic. I was then left homeless having to find anything just to have a place to live. I have 2 dogs that’s makes renting difficult. She clearly wouldn’t have cared if they had to be put in a shelter as long as she hit a commission. Worst person ever.

Susan was exceptional and helped us tremendously through the process of selling our home. Not only is she an amazing realtor, but a truly wonderful person. She went over and above in helping us in other aspects of our move , not just in selling our home. She truly cares about her clients and doing what's in their best interests. If you are looking to sell your house find any other realtor. Only cares about under pricing your house to get a quick sale. Then is uninterested in you. Just wants the commission. One star is even too much but zero is not an option.

Susan and her team did a fine job of selling our home in the very difficult 2019 market. Although we needed to reduce our price significantly to sell, Susan and Greg were very responsive to all of our needs and concerns, offered staging and advice on how to prepare, and followed-through on all details. She also helped us find a rental home while we look for a new home to buy. I highly recommend them.

Truly thankful to have Susan and she helped us close our new house! She knows everything about Basking Ridge area and almost everyone knows her! Susan really went above and beyond for us, negotiating, inspections, attorney review, repairs and every thing!
