Called because my app was not working and just had a question because I normally schedule service from the same app and the woman that answered was very rude and basically hung up on me because that wasn't her department I pay a lot of money each month and I am a good client there is no reason to treat a client this way I work in customer service and it's people like her that give customer service a bad name. Next time try to help rather than pass off a paying client that needs help.

Watch your coupons! Had a coupon mailed to me with my name, and $25 off ANY service. I even checked the expiration date before heading to my appointment. As usual, it was for a specific VIN number. Why send coupons to customers when you can't even use them? Service rep could care less that I said to cancel the appointment. Worst 3 year lease experience with this 2021 Rogue and service center.

I have been purchasing Nissans at Sansone Auto Mall for years..my whole family has...the one time we had a major problem....the mechanic guy was disrespectful, unhelpful and unprofessional...he made my daughter get really upset by not helping with our situation or at least giving us some advice on how to get her car fixed..if I had the mechanic's name and supervisor's name, I would report them. BEWARE!!!

They are the worst place to take your car,they lie to you to tey to sell you parts on cats that do not need and the so call technicians, have no clue whatsoever, they try to sell me a transmission, when my car didn't need it,50000 miles later the car runs like new ,they took my money for the diagnostic, they are a same

SCAM!! Stay away! NOT SAFE!!On two separate instances, my grandma went into the facility to get work done on her car. Both instances, the mechanics failed to properly connect her car battery. They love abusing of the elderly when it comes to making some commission; not at the expense of my grandmothers well being. Her car shut off of the middle of the road and was scared beyond belief. Luckily she didn't get hit on the busy road. Raul from customer sales was real tough on the phone and would not listen to obviously upset customer. He did not take note about who or what I was calling about when I introduced myself over the phone. They don't care to hear what happen, they just want to know the basics so that they can go back and cover their tracks.

Sad to say that the customer service here is subpar. I've run into issues on multiple service visits and, at this point, I'm not sure why I've continued to go back. I'm generally an understanding and patient customer, but I have time and again felt like they do not make customer satisfaction a priority. Particularly with the high price of their services, I expect better. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my experience today. During my last visit, I was told my 4 brand new tires were guaranteed replacement in the event of a flat. I brought my car in today only to find out that isn't true. Some of us are still suffering from the losses during pandemic and this was a major inconvenience. I was also told a tire replacement should take 45 minutes. Instead, I had to wait 2 hours. Making me late for a doctor's appointment. I had to reschedule even though I waited for a month. it was beyond the grace period.

I usually come here for services and the wait is long but they are normally very nice and good with updates ! However I'm very disappointed in my recent experience with sansone Nissan. About a year ago I had bought 4 tires from here and they come with a 1 year warranty.I just had a flat on the turnpike on Monday and I'm a nurse that works 5 days a week 7-3. I called them to see if they could see me but I saw on the internet that they were closed. I then called the Edison location and they told me to just call this location Tuesday morning because they were closing. I am a nurse that works 7-3p, 5 days a week and I don't always get out on time so it is extremely hard to make an appointment. I could not make it into work so I called nissan in the morning to ask about my tire warranty and see how to approach the situation as they had no appointment availability till Wednesday. And it's not like I can miss work another day. I could only make an appointment Saturday thinking that maybe I can get it replaced somewhere else that can take care of me ASAP and then deal with the warranty later by bringing in the blown tire. I was transferred around roughly 5 times and having to explain my story to every person. Majority of them all just told me to "hold on" after I spoke and just disconnected me and transferred me to another person that couldn't answer my question. I could have prevented going somewhere else if they just helped me or answered my questions to understand what the best course of action was. I had to go to work the next day so I had no choice to go somewhere else to try and get it patched or replaced. I called nissan one more time to ask if I could even do that and still fall under the warranty but again was transferred to a bunch of different people who only said "hold on" to me . Until the person I spoke to was going to have me talk to a service advisor. They were busy so they took my number to call me back and answer my questions but of course no body ever called me back since Tuesday. I come here today and was told they can't do anything for me. And I understand that, but i'm so upset and disappointed that I could have known that or prevented paying for another tire if someone just helped me on Tuesday ! Before I even went somewhere else! Again I understand they can't do anything. I'm not upset about the warranty because I really couldn't do anything else about it due to work & availability...but I'm MOST upset about the fact nobody would help me, transferred me around the place, and didn't even just answer a simple question I had about the warranty, was very upsetting. I'm young and don't know much about cars or tire warranties or whatever but that's why I tried to ask for help before going somewhere else. Very upsetting experience while I was already stressed out about my transportation to work.I also want to add that after my whole phone experience with this nissan, AAMCO was able to see me that Tuesday on a walk in after I called and explained my situation. They attempted to patch the tire but when they couldn't, they were able to replace the tire the same day and get me out of there by lunch time.
