I loved all her care with my daughters.
She is super careful, patient and had no trouble finding the veins in my daughters' arms.
I would highly recommend Sharia!!”
“I had to get some blood work done which can be difficult at times since my veins are small and have a tendency to roll making it difficult to draw blood. Anyway the technician who did my bloodwork was very good. I explained the issue with my having blood drawn she listened and after two attempts she was able to draw the blood just fine. The wait wasn't long and the all the staff was nice and pleasant.”

“I walk in this place with no appointment. I should rate more than 5 stars if I could, my experience here last week was fantastic. I always had a hard time searching for an affiliate facilities of my insurance but the receptionist she was very nice and helpful. They told me at first they don't usually accept walk ins. The receptionist accommodated me, she get my insurance card and script she brought at their office and I just waited maybe 15 minutes Jessica the lab tech approach me and let me in at the room. Jessica is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous.”

“I go to the Quest in South Plainfield (not the closest to me) because of a wonderful phlebotomist there who is quick and gentle. He’s also very knowledgeable. It’s easy to make an appointment online and easy to check in. I feel well-treated and results are sent very quickly.”
“Arrived a little early for some bloodwork,there was only one other person in waiting room. It was extremely easy to check in,I was called immediately. Mary Ann explained what she would be doing. We had some conversation about why it is good to drink water before the tests. She was very pleasant and took time to explain about how blood flows, small bits of information that made the test visit quite pleasant.
The offices were very clean and uncluttered.”
“Easy peasy .......... Scheduled my appointment online. My primary physician had ordered the tests electronically and everything was already in the system. Check-in was easy. Very short wait time. She drew the blood which was totally painless. I could not have asked for a better experience.”

“5 stars!?I had an amazing experience today at BIO reference! My mother went for a blood test and she has a problem in her veins. One of the staff members tried to take the blood test 2 times but she couldn’t, so they brought another staff member named Niven and she did the blood test in one try, so I would like to give her a special thanks!”
“Amir is the best! He took care of my oldest and for the first time in 10 years she didnt cry or moved. I took my 18 month old and a different lady took care of her and she was not very personable. She got the vein but the blood wasnt coming out fast enough so she kept wiggling the needle inside my baby. We left and came back to see Amir. She put a Band-Aid that was so tight it made a mark. He is super friendly and kind. I expressed to him that the blood wasnt coming out yesterday so he put a warm compress to stimulate blood flow prior to pricking her and that made a big difference. When he finished he put a flexible wrap instead of a bad-aid, which was the best thing for a baby. Of course babies cry but knowing how to take care of them and the extra steps to take to make the process go smoothly is what makes Amir great.”

“If you have an appointment, your usually called within 5 minutes of appt time regardless of how many people in waiting room (they call appointments before walk-ins regardless of who was there first).”
“I went this morning. I was the only patient there at that time. The technician handled my paperwork in a short period of time. The outer office was clean snd neat. Chairs were turned around so that you did not have to sit next each other. I went right into the room to have my blood drawn. The technician came in. She alleviated my fears. She drew my blood quickly and painlessly. I thanked her and left. It ended up being a positive experience. I was in and put in less then 15 minutes.”
