I placed an order with this company on November 17th. Received a shipping notice and UPS tracking information 3 days later. By December 1st there were no tracking updates,no one answered my calls, no one response to my email. On December 10th I sent my last email regarding the order and demand a response. They then tell me my order can't be processed because the item is out of stock. I'm still waiting on my refund as if today December 31st. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.

I will never purchase anything from this company . They messed up on the order and made me responsible for the shipping. What kind of customer service is this. Now you have to pay for others mistake. Never again and I'll make sure I get this message out on ever social media medium there is. SMDH

Very helpful in finding a replacement outfit for me. I was a little disappointed that my original selection sold out but they communicated with me quickly and delivered the replacement as promised. Overall a good experience!

I am so disappointed. I received an email on 7/22/23 which stated that my suit will arrive on that same day by 4:00pm. I've been waiting on this suit all day and now when it's too late to go out and shop for another suit, the arrival date and time is July 25th by 7:00pm. My event it Sunday July 23rd at 3:00pm. I don't have anything to wear due to your business lack of customer service. I placed this order on July 6, 2023. You all have totally ruined my big day. I will never order from you again. If anyone even ask me about your company, I will totally discredit it! This suit is going to be two days too late. I don't need it anymore. Once I receive it, I will be requesting a full refund. UNDERSTAND! If I could rate this company a ZERO it will be overrated!

I was hesitant to try them because of the reviews that I saw. However, I received nothing but the best customer service from Joanna and Jeremie. I needed the women’s suits for an anniversary service that was held at the church. I made a first bulk order on a Thursday and received the suits within 4 days on a Monday. My second order, Joanna was so patient with me because there was mixups with sizing and we had to exchange and add a few suits. She stayed with me on the phone the whole time and kept reassuring me to take my time so that the order can be done correctly. She didn’t make me feel rushed. All of the suits came in time for the event and the ladies were so happy. The suits are quality material and matched what was shown on the website. Thank you so much Jeremie and Joanna! We will definitely be purchasing from here again.

Don't order from here if you need your item by a specific date. I ordered a dress 20 days before needing it. I paid $127, $15 for shipping. I got a UPS tracking number on the 3rd day but UPS or I never got the item. I sent 3 inquries, and no one had the courtesy to respond. I called on the 13th day and was told to order something else because they didn't have my size. I requested a refund. I could have purchased something elsewhere had they told the truth. Never again wil I purchase from them. Trust level is 0 with them.

7 days is a ridiculous time frame for a return policy, I will never again purchase anything from this website. Any website you order from has at least a 14 day policy. I didn’t even want my money back, I simply wanted to exchange the garment I purchased. After spending over 150 dollars on a garment you would think it would be easier to at least get an exchange. I was willing to pay for shipping, price difference whatever I needed. I just didn’t want to waste my money. Which is exactly what I did. I’m extremely disappointed that this is what it comes down to for church clothing. I’ve never been more disgusted and disappointed….. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! You only have 7 days to return it. This company has no idea how much money they just lost. I have a huge family that would have bought endless suits and robes. But now I will make sure they buy absolutely nothing from here.

You’ll do better by ordering your usher uniform or dress from Amazon! I order one week prior to ushering with having plenty of time to have the dress altered dress arrived one week and 4 days later meaning by the time it arrived the church doors were closed. I paid $15 for S & H after that I was told that I could send the dress uniform back for a full refund which I had to pay out of pocket $16.95 to send the dress back once they received the dress back I was charged an additional 20% for a restocking fee when New Jersey is only maybe 4-5 away from me. So do yourself a favor and Don’t waste your time or money here. you’ll be disappointed at the service they’ll give to you for trying to correct or send back! yet they have no problem taking your money in a fast transaction! I normally don’t complain or leave reviews but this one hurt my heart as for a company like this do peoples this way I now see why they’re a three star rating…

I ordered from their other website and had a question about an item. When I called they were extreamly helpful and directed me into getting a diffrent size based on how the item was made. When it arrived it was exactly what I was hoping for and fit well. I would buy from them again.

Sad me and my brother ordered suits and a week went by. We called and even emailed and there was no response. Finally the week of our event I call again and someone picks up and lies about how they tried to get ahold of me because they didn’t have me suit size. Funny cuz they had it when I ordered the suit and didn’t even offer a refund but offered to send a bigger suit. Now me and my brother have to hurry to get the suits helmed and we’re praying we can do it in time of our pastors appreciation. The woman on the phone didn’t even apology but hey God is good any how sad how some people are but prayer changes things

This has to be one of the most unprofessional stores I've dealt with in my LIFE!! Lack of professionalism, they do not return calls, shipping wrong suits, lack of communication amongst themselves etc. When you do get ahold of them, do not let them put you on hold. 10-15 minute average wait times just to check inventory. I call to speak to the owner and there's always some sort of excuse on why he can't talk on the phone right now. I ordered 5 suits the week of Father's Day weekend, just now getting a refund on one suit they couldn't find/sold to another customer. You guys have to do better. would love to do business with you all, since you have nice items, but this is ridiculous

I really don't write reviews like this but this is not fair to the customer that's trying to do business with company. The church brought a suit for my Pastor and the first suit was to big and I sent it back overnight to them. Then I was told they was holding the same suit in a different size and wasn't informed that the same suit was not available. When I called them back manager stated that I would have to pick another suit so I looked for another suit for my Pastor. Now we have this suit and it's to small but the manager stated that it's the final sale on this suit. When I was told that they're holding a smaller size in the first suit. Then not only that I was also told I would be able to return the shoes if they didn't fit him. This company has lied, to me and also won't exchange the suit or the shoes like they stated because of the manager said so. The young lady that works there is a very good business woman because she been fitting the manager mess ups. This is my first time ordering from this company and I didn't want to leave this review but I was pushing yo do so.

I am blown away by the level of service I received. Joanna was Amazing! She helped me not only pick the perfect suit for my Mother's home going service, but also a robe for me to preach her Eulogy in as well. Excellent service. She went beyond the call of duty. I will order more of my preaching attire and suits from this amazing store. Oh I forgot to mention, my robe fit perfectly!

This is my second robe and I LOVE this place! I get ordained at the end of this month and I’ll be ordering my 3rd robe from here. They robes are true to size which is an A plus!!I am a #1 customer and fan! I must say, this place is expensive and I wish there were promotions available for me. However, my robe collection will be coming from this place!
