Review is specifically for a worker named Alex. He was the only one in the store working, and stood behind the counter and was talking the entire time with a customer and rambling on with a whole line full of people waiting. Had zero consideration for other customers. Do better!

Wife specified the purchase of a (NEW) switch OLED from store location in Audubon,NJ walked out to car box was not sealed and proceeded to look inside noticed usage was shown on console so went back inside to same representative Alexander who sold her the console and notified him of situation while on the phone with me Alexander stated it wasn’t a problem to exchange the console but then retracted statement stating once opened you own it when console was already opened to begin with he also stated he wasn’t sure weather the console was used or not with the short time of my wife purchasing the console essentially being rude and making the whole situation more difficult than it needed to be.

The worst service in the world I bought 4 games when I got home and I opened the box to take out the CD and put it in the ps4, it wasn't even on CD inside, I open the other 3 games, they weren't there either, I went to the store 30 minutes from my house and I explained to him and at least they gave me the games but the waste of time gasoline and the bad time that is not done
