“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. They fixed my mirror in about 20 minutes and I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend Ludlow Auto for all of your auto needs. They are the best!”

“I used Autotech for the first time 6 years ago and I'll never use another collision service. Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident but if you wind up in that situation, do yourself a favor and go to Autotech. These guys are the best!I wish more businesses could be like Autotech. “Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. “I highly recommend Magnolia Auto Body in Magnolia. It’s a family owned shop with high attention to detail. My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn’t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. “This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them!
