Only thing good about the hotel other than being close to the boardwalk is the new-ish walk in shower. No roaches or bedbugs in my room but it was in pretty bad condition. Not enough outlets, small TV,no ironing board & a toilet seat that doesn't fit the toilet. I wanna see if the non-smoking rooms are any better so I'll probably give them another shot during the summer. P.S. I got my deposit back ?

We spent 4 nights there while in town for a relatives wedding. I called the hotel before I booked and asked if parking was free. I was told yes it was included. When I checked in I was told parking was $15 per day. They denied telling me parking was free, but I know what was said. They don't change the sheets and towels, and don't even take out the trash. The included breakfast was a bagged meal of muffins, a little bottle of juice and a energy bar. There was coffee and tea in the lobby. I will not return there on my future trips back home to Atlantic County.

This place is okay. But the elevator makes noise when leveling to floor number#. Parking lot is small. The room was okay, but I did not hear my brother in law snoring in the next bed in the same room with us. Only my mom or dad heard it. Had a friend who stayed in the other hotel in the same area as us. Tanger outlet is nearby. We thought about staying at red roof inn but no instead we made a reservation for super 8 hotel.Rooms: Room was okay. But only Snoring was a minor problem which I didn’t hear.

this place is absolutely horrible..we rented for one night on a saturday to sunday wich was not cheap. wen we arrived they gave us a room with 2 beds after we requested one bed..the rooms window would not lock. wen we complained. the attendant had to come verify before moving to a second room.. after being in the second room for about an hour we came accross roaches crawling around the beds headboard and cabinets where you put your clothing...nope. that was it for us..we checked out faster then we checked in. the front deskt clerk refused to refund us our parking fee of 15$ which we didnt even know we had to pay wen we checked in. to this day we are still fighting for a full refund for the stay which did not happen and will never happen at this dump. it needs to be tore down and rebuilt. it is that bad.

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. So many code violations and ROACHES behind the dresser. The guy behind the desk was such a jerk to me he wouldn't give me a refund to go elsewhere. STAY AWAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY

Location cool. Room was trash. Service is trash. Hotel manager charged me 100 deposit then took another 100 the next morning. When I called to dispute it he said take it up with your bank. Crooks don't stay here. It's not worth it. Not even with the price. For $285 I would've stayed at the Hard Rock or something.

Rooms were basic, ironing board -iron stand- no iron, the hair dryer was missing its back cover- I definitely would not recommend this place.We were using the fire escape stairway ( not marked fire escape) to avoid the smell of the lobby and were told not to use them stairs. It was faster to walk the stairs rather than use the elevator. The elevator was very slow, scary slow like you could possibly get stuck in there, an alarm would sound because the elevator door stayed open so long and you would have to listen to it going off as the elevator moved so slow. Paid 50 dollars to park. The morning we checked out, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, I told them at the front desk, and they said, "Okay, I said well you might consider getting it sprayed. And the response was like yeah okay. No cleaning service at all, called because we had a lamp with a burnt out lightbulb - never got replaced.

Room not well kept! Smelled of stale smoke. Had stains on the bathtub from cigarettes. Blanket had cigarettes burn holes. Was a smoke-free room. Service was not available when first arrived. Charge for parking not included with booking. Do not remember seeing ? ,may have missed it. Located in walking distance to beach and boardwalk! This was the only good thing. Checked out early due to the odor, but there is no refund!Walkability: Boardwalk and beach!

That beautiful pool in the ad(closed). They don't mention the $15 a day fee for parking(not included).Front desk(customer service) wasn't the worst, but not the friendliest. Positives, the rooms were decent, the housekeeping crew did a good job, kept everything stocked,and you're right off the boardwalk. If you know A.C Tennessee Ave is right in the middle near everything.

If Google would allow me to give zero stars that's what I would have given. I promise you this is an extremely honest review. Please avoid this hotel at all cost. It is the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Carpets stained, looks like they haven't been cleaned or replaced in years. Wall paper peeling off the walls, our bed was broken and leaning to one side. The glass on every door in the hotel had finger prints and crud on them, they looked like they hadn't been washed in months. There is literally nothing I can say positive about this hotel. It's in a horrible location. The hotel should be condemned and razed. I asked for a refund and was denied. They could give me a two week all paid expense trip and I wouldn't step one foot in this hotel. Please, take my advice if you are reading this review and go somewhere else. Anywhere will be better then this hotel.

We stood here for days wasn’t the most pleasant but we just slept here . The manager are the worst and they have attitude especially whenever you requested something like for example an extra pillow or if they can fix my tv . I do agree with other reviewers that this place is a dump and they say they have a pool but it’s closed and it doesn’t say when will it open . We stood here because it was the cheapest for us and location is the best but you get what you pay for . They definitely don’t know about business and Wyndham should be ashamed because now we’re hesitant about staying at ANY Wyndham hotel / motel . Burnt sheets missing room items and dirty floors and broken things around the room . Times are hard nowadays and good service and presentation matters atm no matter the cost . I asked where’s the nearest laundry mat since they don’t have one and I was told it’s five blocks away but I found one up the block . The managers are very super stingy even with breakfast which is one sunny delight a Chew bar and two muffins but God forbid you ask for one extra breakfast lol

It was disgusting the room smelled horrible, also the pool is closed they need to take pool off their website. After you book the room they also want an extra hundred dollar deposit until you leave like it's a1 ,oh and the bathroom you wouldn't even want to shower in there. I'm sorry I never right a review but it was very uncomfortable for my family and myself.

I meant it isn’t The Marriot, BUT price and location are spot on. I’ve certainly paid more for worst. I dreaded coming here in my Uber but yea…. I’ve most definitely been to worst places especially in Wildwood. Only thing I had a hard time with was the shower. I triple checked my bed before I got in. Room was clean and still smelled like it just got cleaned when I got in at midnight.

BED BUGS - DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I could give 0 stars but I needed to leave this review! I stayed one night after a concert so it was just a place to crash, when I tell you this is the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. Of course it wasn’t until morning when I woke up and saw the BED BUGS. This place needs to be shut down. Our lamp look like it had blood on it, there were holes in the sheets and comforters, a hole in the wall with wires hanging out and bugs everywhere. I cannot express enough how horrible this experience was.

Save yourself! Worst hotel I've stayed in in a LONG time. Don't get me wrong. The bed was comfy and seemed clean. But the whole place is a disgusting disaster & is falling apart. The pool is closed. The "free" breakfast was stolen from a local school program. The "free" parking they charged $15 a day for. The staff was horribly unfriendly and just down right rude to everyone. It's also not in the safest part of town. This place needs new ownership and to be remodeled.
