Located in the Tropicana, I had long been intrigued by their official van Gogh jewelry, so when I saw a sale sign, I popped in. The saleswoman was really helpful and let me try on a few pieces. Given the price reduction and my fondness for one necklace, I made a purchase in a smooth transaction that came with a nice bag and box to take home. It was a great purchasing process.

I bought a gold necklace from this place for my mother last year for Mother’s Day. I paid a nice price for it, so I assumed that it would last. My mother has worn it 3 times, and when she went to wear yesterday, the chain has tarnished and the jewel piece has popped off and it’s impossible to put back in. If you’re buying from this place, only get it during a good sale. The quality is not great. Be careful of what you’re paying for

If I could give it 0 I would. My husband and I stopped by tonight and it was our 17 year anniversary. I saw something in the window I liked and my awesome husband “said okay let’s go get it”. He wanted to get me a special gift from our trip here. When we went to open the door, the sales lady, shook her finger at us telling us not to come in. This was within the normal business hours. I immediately felt like we were 5 and getting the “no,no,no” waving finger from her! Totally stinks bc there was an item I really wanted but the level of respect was non existence. I’m not sure about the day she was having but this could have been handled differently.

I bought a hummingbird brooch as a gift for my Mother In Law... I thought it would be well crafted, but after I was done paying the associate Antoinette in Tropicana Atlantic City, went "oops, I broke it". My heart sank and she told me there was no way to fix it. I asked for a refund on it, but she said that was impossible and tried to sell me a dragonfly, then a butterfly... I was not impressed. I just want my money back and don't understand why, if I wasn't at fault, can't I be refunded for your broken item... I was told that they can ship a new one out that would arrive in 3 days time, which I was actually happy about until I realized their aren't any deliveries Sunday, and I need it before Monday... So I was lied to... Is this how good customers are treated by your company? I pointed this out and she said "then you'll have it by Monday"... I needed it before then. I am not happy and don't want it anymore... I just want my money back. I bought a small pendant with my purchase, and only left the store with that... This makes me really depressed to support your business and get taken advantage of.

My boyfriend bought me beautiful rings from here as an anniversary present. We were excited to find out they were on sale as well because the collection was being retired, and we love a good price. The woman working at the store was very friendly and helpful.
