I’ve been a resident of Asbury and Neptune all my life. The customer service has went down the tubes at Asbury Park Post Office. I had an issue asking for the Supervisor and was told I couldn’t speak to them. This is the United States postal service. How is it that you are not able to speak directly to a supervisor? I really need to have someone in management rectify this issue.

Pleasant and efficient. After confusing mix up with Amazon. I saw that I needed to go to Asbury Park post office to pick up our packages. When I saw the reviews I was preparing myself for the worst. It was anything but that. The woman that the counter was pleasant and solved my issue immediately and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Kudos.

Should be able to give negative stars. Unfortunately I don't have an option to choose what Carrier to recieve from, so I am forced to use the USPS @ Asbury Park.It is not my fault my package is missing, yet I am treated to a response from a supervisor, "Oh, she must have placed your package in someone elses box, people make mistakes and she's gone for the day, so we'll give you a call".Proceeded to go back 2 days later after I reported my package missing, and again treated to the same supervisor who clearly did not care, did not want to give me an update, no estimated time, no other possible options, no empthay, not even an I'm sorry this has taken so long and you have to go through this.HOW DOES A COMPANY GET AWAY WITH THIS! It's clear I'm not the only one in this boat at this location.After more than 7 Buisness days, NOT ONCE, again NOT ONCE, have I received a call back. No update, zero Care.I lost: time, money, and my item that I paid for.The seller argues well clearly the Post Office is responsible since they admitted to the error, but the Post Office has done NOTHING to rectify this.

Absolutely terrible . I had a package I could have came to pick up that had one number wrong in the zip code and they kept sending it back and forth between another post office over the course of 2 days so much I couldn’t even run to the post offices fast enough to catch it and then they sent it back to the sell who is out of the country. Meanwhile it was only a day ago I was supposed to receive it . They act to fast to send your stuff right back with no notice and no time for you to act.

i Had a priority package dropped in the pre paid bin on Dec 1, 2021. They never scanned the package so there's no tracking information. I called abt 50 times no one ever answers the phone. I go there on the 15th all the day is mail is slow the guy who picked up the packages never scanned it. They tell me it's probably sitting in Trenton somewhere. As of today Dec 18th my package is still not scanned and still has not arrived to where it was going. They give me others people's mail and give mine to other people

They managed to lose literally hundreds of pieces of my mail and my wife's mail including debit cards, checks, credit card bills, insurance bills, birthday cards, magazines, etc. Then somehow they tried to make it sound like it was my fault for not having tracking numbers for everything. I requested two vacation holds utilizing their official format, and never got my mail delivered either time when I returned. They claimed that they did not have a system for holding my mail. I really wish there was a viable alternative to the usps. Horrible experience!!!

The Asian elderly lady working here was much nicer.The staff here could learn some etiquette lessons on how to be accomodating to customers!
