My appointment was for 4:30. I did not sit in the chair until 7. Then the braider did what she wanted and parted my hair one way in the back and completely different in the front.

Unprofessional made an appointment for 2 30 waited no one say anything I was just sitting if yall know yall not gonna be ready at 2 30 don't have people come there and sit down for 1 and half-hour it's not right I'm so upset if someone at least would sorry for the delay don't expect people to just sit and wait for almost 2 hrs
