As a homeless mom of 4 I will not recommend this not even if it was 1 cent . I stood here because my situation turn to be last minutes was my last option and the fucking nerve off not only charging me 75$ a night knowing that online is 23$ a night but kicked us out cause I had to many kids. After they knew but the worse is that Not only the wi-fi didn't work, tv didn't work, the microwave was dirty, bed was falling off the wall, the sheets wasnt even change or pillow cases. The only thing was clean was the drawer smh. Not Worth it.

I wish I could leave this place zero stars! Worst experience ever! The dirtiest hotel. Most lazy and ignorant front desk man. Would not exchange dirty towels for clean towels. Even their outside hallway smells like piss! Horrible motel

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. Dirty floors,Cigarettes burns in non smoking room, microwave broken and smoking, no Wi-Fi, no ice in machines, no snack in machines, rude front desk clerk, most outlets in room don't work, air conditioner has mold and dirt. clerk makes you go to an atm to give $20 cash deposit so they don't have to pay credit card fees. This place is joke. And this place has roaches!!

My check in was Friday 3pm. I was running way behind schedule and didn't check in until midnight. I gave them a call around 6pm to make sure I would still have my room. When I arrived the gentleman was very nice and respectful & I still had my room. Only was given 1 room key but that didn't bother me. Yes it's true there's a $20 cash deposit at check in but I got that back at check out with no problem. Yes their tvs are outdated but it worked and quite frankly who needs to watch tv when u have a room with a hot tub?? Yes there was a couple of burn marks on the tub but hello?? It was a smoking room I requested. The room was clean the microwave & mini fridge worked. I saw reviews mentioning no extra towels. I didn't need any extra so idk if that's true but I did ask the man in the front if I needed would it be a problem he assured me there wouldn't be as long as I requested them before housekeeping left for the night. Around 930am Saturday housekeeping knocked to ask if we needed any services. I declined but was offered to swab my used towels for fresh ones. My room phone wasn't connected but I used my cellphone to call the front when I needed to ask something and I had no problem getting through. Plenty of parking available for hotel guests. Convenient area with stores and places to eat. The pillows sucked that's my true only complaint. Bring your own pillows

I booked a room here for one week, and I have a service dog with me. I left to go to work one morning to go to work and the guy called animal control on me to get my dog take away. Animal control then explained that what he was asking was illegal, because she is a service animal. Then he called his boss, and his boss told him to make me sign a paper that says if I leave her in the room while I go to work he has the right to "contact the authorities". This place is awful, good if you're desperate and just need a bed and roof. Terrible customer service. What kind of place refuses to accommodate a service animal?

I would give this place a -10 I was staying for five days my wife came and stayed one night he charge me an extra $30 I was in the shower when you meet him around to exchange towels I went to the office to see if I could get some he said no they come every other day you wouldn't open the door so now I got dirty towels for two more days I miss placed my key he charged me $10 which I can possibly understand that But his attitude is terrible the bathtub is stopped up the place is dirty when I leave here I will be in this area for the next six months I am telling my coworkers everyone we are leaving here and we are not coming back we'll go for a better place up the street I would not recommend this place to a dog I didn't even want to put one Star but I couldn't post this Without at least once take my voice ride by

The guy at the front deck was so rude to me he was yelling at me and ignored questions i had i called front deck to ask a question and he will not answer ive called 4 times and did not get a answer back the rooms are are ugly room smells like cigarettes even though i paid for a non smoking room

I would give a 0 if I could. I called early this afternoon to let them know we'd be arriving late. Right away, the clerk was very rude. He told me that check-in is usually between 3-10. I understand that, and I pre-paid for the room. He informed me that he doesn't get paid to wait for guests. Next was our check-in. I had reserved a room that should have been handicap accessible. I cannot do stairs. He told me that he did not have that on my reservation, and that because everyone else checked in, I had to be on the 2nd floor, no elevator. I was charged a $40 cash deposit, and I was not informed of this on the phone. Plus he took my credit card. There are 2 of us staying here, but he said they will only issue one key. He was VERY rude through the entire process. THEN we got to the room. It's dirty, it's damaged and the toilet does not stop running, but we have no other choice but to stay in this DUMP because the entire area is full. I'm adding photos of the room so I hope people take it seriously.
