6 tries and still no windshield. Road techs are terrible. Manager needs training. First new windshield was cracked. Left glass all over my truck. Gave me a useless number for the district manager. Plenty of other complaints but I'll leave it at that.

Just needed a quick repair, thankfully covered by Progressive. This branch also seemed to have the better of reviews.
Showed up just a little after my appointment time, made good conversation and they had my car done in less than a half an hour. Thanks gentlemen!
Fixed the structural integrity, but you know it’s not going to look how it was before.

Had to go through Safelite to replace my cracked windshield per my insurance coverage requirements. I was nervous that the process was going to be complicated and leave me without my car for a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised on both accounts. In less than 24 hours from calling to file my claim, I have my car back, like new! Scheduling an appointment was easy, communication was seamless, and my windshield looks great. Thanks for the all-around great experience.

Replacing my windshield was not on my to-do list! I was super upset, but it's hard to stay upset with such a SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM! Unbelievable communication (from face to face / updates via text), very reasonable price, user-friendly website, fast service and great waiting area (from coffee to chips) 5 stars in all areas! Went here for my daughters CRV that had failures in the safety sensing systems. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The technician quickly assessed that the camera sensing system was secured incorrectly by the dealership that installed the windshield.(not Safelite). Without an appointment, I had my car back within 2 hours with everything set up perfectly and for much less money than I thought it would be. It's been 2 month working great and I highly recommend this shop and will not hesitate to take my other vehicles there when needed. Professional, Friendly and efficient.

Experience was great. They were professional, they explained the process and the work time was as promised. Would greatly recommend them. It’s even better when your insurance covers it!Had gotten a crack on my front windshield due to a rogue rock while driving. Put my claim via my insurance, set up a appointment with safelite the next day. Got there on time and they had fixed the crack within 30 minutes. Quick and easy.

Have used Safelite a few times from. replacing my windshield to making repairs to chips from rocks, they are always very professional and quick,Always leave the car clean.
