If I could give 1 star I would. The service from this woman at the Windham post office was just unacceptable. I always give service people the benefit of the doubt, but not this time....I've had it. Maybe she can take some classes in how to be a nicer person.

I lost a letter today at this Post Office. I called when I got home and spoke to Cindy and asked if it was possible for someone to look for it. She put me on hold and went to look, came back in a few minutes and had found the piece of mail. She was friendly and helpful, and took time out of her busy day just to help me. I am extremely grateful and thankful to this kind lady.

It's always quiet there, as if there is no problem at all. Until July. Now it is busier and our mail HAS slowed down.

I should read the reviews, but I didn't. Then I got the bad service from the lady, I don't know her name, she looks like age 50-60, blond with glasses. I will never go that place again. She really need re-train for her service attitude.

Customer service is A++. I moved and kept my P.O. Box there. I know my mail and packages are safe and everyone is so kind.

Amazing customer service! I go out of my way to go to this post office. The woman at the front (not sure of her name) always has a smile on her face and is always so incredibly nice!!
