My wife is on auto pay and has been for years yet every month they send her a notice saying she is late on her payment. This is beyond frustrating. The dis organization is crazy. How can automatic payment be late suddenly. Even with a letter from the bank they claim they can't find the payment

The one star should say enough. Terrible business and the management isn't any better. They hold your items hostage due to "payment issues" umm what?!

Owner and his managers are very friendly and accommodating. Lowest prices i could find in the area. Great view of MT Monadnock! And on a clear day - you can see the climbers in it!! ;-)"Very safe place for your belongings.
