Staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable . Explanations were clear. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete a new lease. Being of advanced age, we found the seating uncomfortable and the AC was much too high. Buisnesswise we would recommend Tilton NH Car.

We recently had service performed at this dealership. We were very happy with the services that were provided. We had broken down far from home and our car had to be towed for service. The personal that helped us on the phone were very helpful and kind and made the process very easy for the drop off of the car. The dealership stayed in touch with us to keep us informed of the progress on the car and had the car ready for us very quickly. The Service Manager that we were with today to pick up the car was especially knowledgeable, helpful and kind and had the best conversation with my granddaughter. We are so very thankful to everyone that helped us to get my Expedition back to us. I would highly recommend this dealership for your service needs.

They kept me informed regularly right up to the delivery of my F250 custom build. I was able to pick and choose which additional options best suited my needs. Great service from all involved.

Honestly was disgusted with my last visit to the service department. It's a long story, but they basically charged me nearly $300 to misdiagnose an issue with my trunk latch and to search for a problem I never authorized them to search for. I will never be back.

I went to Nucar on a recommendation in order to secure a Hybrid Maverick with no other nonsense. Lisa, Jeremy and everyone else at Nucar went above and beyond to deliver an excellent experience with trading in my old car to purchase a brand new Maverick that I can drive for years to come.
In addition, the day I went in to Nucar I brought along my recently adopted puppy and the love and care everyone showed was incredibly meaningful. I cannot recommend Nucar Tilton enough.

I posted a review prior to this one and after speaking to the service person who called me today
we ironed things out and I promised I would remove it....but ironically someone had already removed my
Google review that we discussed. I was able to go into my yelp review today and remove that one which I never mentioned to him. I'm glad he said he is going to take my concerns up with the service manager and he sounded sincere toward my feelings. Your a good man so here's 5 star for you. You really deserve it! Best Wishes.

The staff there is great, the policies they have to work with suck. Nice people terrible business model.
