I judge a company on how they handle problems. Anyone can get a 5 star review when things are going right.I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and will be in the future as we have more of a relationship than a customer / vendor one.Their response time is immediate and their Techs are friendly , courteous , and informative. I use them to service my burner and the split units they installedHighly recommend this professionally run outfit

Last week I made an appointment for furnace cleaning. They were booked out for two weeks. A few hours later I discovered one of our fhw pumps had burned out. They came that same afternoon and repaired the system right away.! Thanks!

McKenzie fuels has installed and maintenances my furnace for the last 18 years. The technicians are great, company is awesome. I always get prompt service. I recommend this company.

Holds off delivery, to insure they charge a higher price. Horrible company.

I was disappointed in the service I received last Thursday, on cleaning my boiler for the season. The service tech.did a good job, but spend more time then he had to, because he was on his phone in the truck half the time.

Very unhappy with the customer service. After oil wasn't delivered and needing a weekend fill,I was charged $180.00 for the delivery. I called to speak with someone and left a message for the owner. Never returned my call. In checking with other companies in the area, the typical fee is30-50
