I could not be more disgusted and yet at the same time not surprised. After a devastating loss in my family I thought it would be a nice surprise to take advantage of a Verizon deal an add my brother to my line after getting sold on it and confirmation that I qualify by a sales rep. She was wonderful and after giving the sales rep on the phone excellent reviews, I notified my brother that the phone would be ready for pick up.we were both excited finally something nice to look forward to. Unfortunately, the staff from the sales rep to the manager have undisclosed issues and inherent bias. They ruined the surprise and revealed our dismay. They profiled my brother because of his appearance, or whatever other fake excuse they have for their unresolved trauma. Their power trip,hatred, their vindictive, intent compelled them to go even further. Zach approached my brother and pulled the ultimate, “Karen” act. Not only did they deny the already paid pick up, they went so far to go ahead and call the police. Potentially triggering PTSD false shooting, caution thrown to the wind, mind you Zach the manager bragged, taunted, and attempt to incite violence by gloating, even admitting he flagged the account because he felt like it and didn’t like his look. This abuse of power is not going to go on this is discrimination will have consequences. The impact of their actions continue to haunt me and cause me distress. Verizon my lawyers and I are waiting to hear from you.

BEST STORE ORLEIN IS THE BEST! I work with customers for a living...so walking into this store was a treat. I was greeted instantly with a smile, which is important. My sales consultant ORLEIN was very helpful. I ended up leaving with a new iPad AND IPHOINE.He took yhe time to explain everythiung! I don't mind spending extra money on accessories when people are helpful!

Javier was extremely helpful and paitent helping my business correct a multitude of account issues that had caused our company issues for years due to staff turnover. The store is very clean, welcoming and easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales rep messed up our purchase and we had to pay extra for it! Now we’re trying to fix our bill but because we’re not making a purchase none of the reps seem to have the time to help us, even the “manager”. I will be switching from Verizon asap after being a loyal customer for over a decade.

20 plus years at Verizon and by far the worst experience ever. I ordered the phone they told me it was being shipped and they confirmed the shipment on December 11 and would arrive on the 15th And here it is the 16th and they told me they sent it back to Verizon Texas warehouse in error. But now that I’m trying to get it replaced now they’re telling me I cannot get it for a Christmas gift and they will not honor the $800 trade-in credit even though it was their mistake for putting the wrong shipping label on the package.Poor customer resolution. Will be looking at other carriers this weekend and thinking about porting out All 10 phone numbers.

Finaly a wireless store with a sales leader that knows phones . Orien is the professional. Helped get my pin renewed after 2 years with other Verizon Retailers. People go to a corporate owedStore not franchises . Franchises just want to sell phones and plans nothing in service department. See Orien in Salem NH. He knows the products he sells.

Excellent customer service. Both Marc (the general manager) and Laurie (the Solutions specialist) were incredibly helpful in answering all.our questions and reviewing plan options. They searched for the best deals for our needs and ensured we got every special deal available. As a result we walked out with 3 new iphones and an upgraded phone plane for a very fair price! We will certainly return!

I have been in this particular location a couple of times. Each time I had excellent customer service. The people who work there are kind and take the time to assist. This Verizon is a good location. Good people. Good customer service.
