I ordered online. She quickly called and emailed when 2 items were out. She offered a slightly different size. For this shoe it worked. Very quick shipment. Excellent quality. Excellent customer service. Not sure why the bad reviews. I took a chance and was impressed.

I was surprised by all the negative reviews. They have a good selection and they've been very helpful in getting us ballet and jazz shoes for most of my daughters. Maybe it's hit or miss with the owner but she's always been good with us.

I drove a good distance to get here during regular business hours and found them closed for that day instead of being open. That was frustrating. This was a Saturday, and Google showed them open. I recommend calling before going.

To the store owners response: you’re missing the point. It was the cold, snobby attitude that made us feel that way. Your approach did not seem helpful/ that you were concerned with saving me money, it came across as rude. Reviews are meant to help future customers and possibly the business to reevaluate how they treat their customers. And I come from a time where the customer’s experience is prioritized and their business is valued. Oh well——Unfriendly/ cold staff and over priced (after researching and comparing prices nearby). As a new dance mom, I would’ve appreciated a more friendly experience. I also felt judged - the nicer of the two women was asking me what kind of shoe I’d prefer for my toddler (she pointed at 2 options, greatly different in price) and before I could answer, the unfriendly one of the two told her an item number which was the cheaper, lower shelf option. Why did she assume I wouldn’t want or couldn’t afford the more expensive one? I also went in the late afternoon with two tired kids. But for a place that sells kids items, we didn’t feel welcomed. My friend used to dance years ago and said they were cold and unfriendly to her mother back then too. $80 later and needless to say I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Omg! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Upon entering the store I was greeted with a pissed off face and grumpy attitude. The owner couldn't have been more rude. Asking where sizes were in "her" store seemed to be an inconvenience. At the sale, she demanded my email and phone number. Not for a computer so it would generate emails with updates and sales but on a pen and a pad. I almost felt like a criminal. No A/C in the store so add that to the terrible service and it was just about the worst shopping experience of my young life. I will never give her another cent of my money. 0 star
