Very nice workers here who always get the job done. Each time I've gone I haven't had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Appointment or not. They're awesome.

I am so thankful for Amy! I usually get faint and sometimes pass out when i’m getting my blood drawn. I was worked up and visibly upset. Amy saw me in the waiting room and asked if I was okay, I told her how i was worried because I normally get faint, and she said “okay come with me! You will be okay one step at a time.” Amy was the BEST! She was so sweet, and talked me through every step. If you are nervous about getting blood drawn I highly recommend asking for Amy!

Karen is wonderful. She is incredibly kind and soft spoken which helped me to feel at ease during my labs. I hate blood draws and tend to have anxiety whenever I have them done. Karen talked with me the entire time and it was quick and painless.

As someone who HATES getting her blood drawn and fainting from past experiences, this time was a wonderful one! Starting off with the easy check in process, friendly staff, and efficient work! Amy, took great care of me! Her pleasant and soft voice kept me calm and reassured while getting my blood taken. While dehydrated my veins were, she still managed to stick once and be done. Can’t recommend Amy enough for her skills. Thank you!

First of all, I'd like to say that I've been to this location many times. I've never really had any issues. A bit of pain sometimes and a little bruising, no big deal. Today I had an issue and it was my fault. Rebecca called me in and I suddenly realized I forgot to bring my paperwork from the doctor. She was so understanding. She gave me an option of coming another time, calling the doctor to FAX over a copy, or going home and returning today with the paperwork. She was so pleasant. Didn't make me feel stupid (though I did), and even said SHE was sorry. Totally my fault. When I returned an hour later, I spoke with the first available person, Amy. She checked with Rebecca and told me she (Amy) would take me after her current patient. I have very tiny veins. Amy said she needed to use a "butterfly". I'd never heard of this before and was a little nervous. It worked out fine! No pain. No bruising. Best experience ever. I told her no one had suggested the butterfly before. She said to just ask for it next time. Can't get better service than this! Thanks to both Rebecca and Amy. You both represent the best of professionals in your field.

My experience was smooth. Made my appointment online, checked in via the text message sent shortly prior to appointment. I didn't wait long until I was called for my blood draw. Phlebotomist was pleasant, perhaps a bit stressed at knowing there were a fair amount of people in the waiting area.I think the issue of "I was here first, why are they being seen before me?" happens because of the different types of testing they administer. They likely have staff that do specific tests (blood draw vs drug testing, etc) so that can lead to a backup if there are a bunch of people looking for one of them.

My experience at Quest Diagnostics in Salem today was very pleasant! Check-in was easy and the wait time was minimal. The phlebotomist (I believe her name is Sandy) was friendly and she did an excellent job! She helped me to feel comfortable and the whole experience was quick and pain free!

The male whos in good physical shape, around 40/50 who acts like a drill sargent should be suspended until he undergoes training on how to deal with the public. His attitude is horrible, he raises his voice, talks down to you and becomes extremely aggressive. He does not know how to explain things in a calm mannor and there for shouldn't be dealing with the public. I will be reporting him to the state and corporate but in the mean time please be aware of this disgusting excuse for a man.....all the females in this location are awesome and pleasant

Had an appointment for 2 different blood tests, they took me right on time but only ran one the tests. I had to book another appointment after I found out a week later. All these terrible reviews don’t inspire confidence. Fix your company!

Chris is THE BEST. Anything medical makes anxious now more than ever but having such a talented, genuine, personable person do your labs takes all the angst away. Thank you for a good experience!

Cannot reach a real human. Their automated phone directory takes way too long and by the time you find your option it just tells you to go online. They send only half of their test results in so the biometrics are in but the Covid tests aren't so get ready to push out your surgeries. Business opens at 6 but HR 8... weird to think a company with so many locations and employees could suck more Freemont St Las Vegas Nevada. ?

Twice I made an appt with the Lowell location and both times received emails that the appt was being cancelled because of building maintenance so I tried this location instead. This location was also closed for “maintenance” with no warning whatsoever had to drive all the way there to find a sign on the door.
