I ran in 10 minutes to close, hoping to get a look at bath bombs (I'd never been to Lush before). Both employees were incredibly nice to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. They gave me recommendations and took the time to explain my sample to me. I wish I had caught their names!

The store is absolutely amazing the service is outstanding! There was a nice lady helping me I had only came in for sea salt spray and she gave me a bunch of tips for my hair! I have used the tips and they work amazing! I never got the name of the employee but she helped me a lot!

Please bring back regular Celestial lotion!! This store is the only one within driving distance for me, I love coming in for my restock, and was so sad to hear you might not be carrying regular celestial, just SP! The associate in store ordered what I needed online to be shipped to my house which was SO nice, but I’d love to be able to just shop at the store!

I came into your store for the first time. Erin, is the associate who assisted. Erin, is a huge asset to your company, very knowledgeable of all the products. Very caring and genuine, she took her time explaining and demonstrating how to use the product. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Lush for all your organic hair and skin care needs.
