The guy who was working yesterday was great I think his name was Caleb. I don’t know if he’s the manager or what but he was very helpful and didn’t try to push any products onto me and gave me his honest opinions on everything. I wish there were more people like this

Unfortunately I can’t give it a zero star. The consultant had the worst customer service ever, never stopped using his phone while I was asking him questions. I felt like I was bother him. Not coming to this store ever again. Andrez should get a job somewhere were he could work with animals or in a factory by himself not working with people as a consultant. I returned back to the store a second time a few mins later to buy something else for my father and I was completely ignored, he walked towards me as if he was going to help me, grabbed something and went back to behind the counter, if any of the managers or owner care you should check your camaras between 4:30- 5:00pm for both of my visits on Sunday June 19, you will be disappointed.

APRIL! I cannot say enough in favor of her! Quick backround. I stopped at GNC in salem as a last ditch effort of using this company for my supplements. I am a pro member and spend ALOT of money with gnc. Every store i have been to I've either had minimal help from staff, been lied to, or been treated terribly.As GM of multiple small retail locations. I would not enployee half of the people I have encountered at other locations, or with customer service at the 800 number.But then i met April yesterday. She spent over an hour with me helping me, informing me, and educating me. All while making me feel like she cares.To corporate: April just saved, and retained a customer. I will now be driving 30 minutes out of my way everytime i need something simply because of the passion she has. You folks need more April's. Don't lose her. She is the best thing your brand has to offer.

This store is plain out awful. Supposedly, the “manager� of this store doesn't know how to shut up and stop saying stupid little quotes he learned from the 3rd grade. His name was Jason, and let me tell you Jason, I don't want your premium membership asset BS or whatever it was you called it. I want my amino acids and pre workout and I want to get the hell away from you. I couldn't believe how disrespectful your associate was that was next to you as well. I won't ever be returning to such an awful GNC again, if I EVER even do return to a GNC after this expierence
